I was in contact with the service dept and found both people I dealt with very helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. Would encourage me to come back if I needed further help/particular service and would recommend others to use Laings.

I visited the Laings store in Cardiff…
I visited the Laings store in Cardiff prior to Christmas, and spoke with Tom in my quest to buy a new Rolex.
he was very helpful and listened, unlike another Rolex AD. Two days later i received a call saying that my desired watch would be there the next day. this was after an email confirming my requirements from Tom.
easy staff to deal with
no pressure sales
it was a no brainer of where to buy a quality watch that was needed for a holiday abroad.
i would highly recommend Laings of Cardiff

Welcoming experience, and served by a lovely chap called Scott who was evidently very knowledgeable about Rolex watches, with a genuine interest. I was even offered coffee :-)

Watches + Trust = Laings
When I think watches and trust, Laings is the first dealer that comes to mind. I bought a Tudor Pelagos from Laings 3 years ago and had excellent service then. However my reason for writing is to provide another positive review for my service on Friday. I obtained my first Rolex from a different dealer but it was too big and needed resizing. I opened Laings live chat and spoke with Gemma who was fantastic and booked me in same day. I travelled to Cardiff and received exceptional service from Alan and Nick. Stunning Ring
I ordered a ring from Laings. Their prices are very competitive and I had it posted to me. It was delivered in small type shoe box (described by me) Their packaging was second to none. Absolutely outstanding and nestled inside was my ring. Inside 2 boxes and containing 2 pouches. My ring was stunning!! I ordered the ring on a Friday and although I live in Northern Ireland it arrived the next day. Brilliant experience. I was able to talk to staff before it was delivered to find out about returns which was very reassuring. I will definitely be ordering from them again!!!
