I bought three different balms and broke out in a severe reaction. I contacted the company and returned the product as requested via first class mail before the thirty day period. Hola claimed she did not receive it. There is something shady about this company as the return address is in Illinois yet they claim they are in Miami Florida. In essence they have taken my money and not honored their return policy. The product is not worth the high price. I broke out with cracked lips that were bleeding. I have proof the product was returned and Hola has ignored my emails and calls. I am very upset and will continue to seek my refund and let the public know that this is a dishonest company that does not care about its customers to the proper authorities and on social media and the Internet.

I have loved these lip balms from the first one I tried. I now have 8 of them and am on their subscription plan. These La La Leaf lip balms work so much better than any other lip balms I have ever tried. Heals chapped dry lips and I hardly have to use much of it like I did my old lip balms. I won’t go back to my old favorite because LaLa Lips is my new favorite!

I am not a lip balm aficionado but I sure like LaLa Leaf lip balm. I bought the Rojo (red tinted) one and it keeps my lips hydrated and smooth. It is long lasting and my lips seem to be responding well to it. I would definitely recommend this lip balm for your lips needs.

I love La la leaf!! The most recent flavor is the lemon lime and it's one of my favorites! I have a few others but lemon lime is refreshing and once I put it on it really hydrates my lips. They feel replenished and it always helps when they feel dry. Ships pretty fast as well.

I don't dislike the balm, but if I'm completely honest, there are other brands that work just as well for a fraction of the cost. The claim that you don't have to apply it as often isn't completely accurate (disregarding after eating, etc.) because I still need to a few times a day. I do like the subtle shimmer in my shade selection though!

Keeps my lips moisturized all day. I love the hint of colors and i don't have to reapply like other brands I've tried. If you haven't tried it give it a try you want be disappointed. I love this brand! This is the only lip balm I use now. It's the best.

I love La La Leaf lip balm. My most recent order included the lemon lip balm. I haven’t had any issues with my orders and have always gotten a response to my questions.

This stuff is the best. I always have chapped lips. I talk a lot for my job and needed something simple that keeps them hydrated. This does the trick, the more I use it the less I need of it. Long lasting, great scents and color options too. I have them all over the house, purses, coat pockets. I’ve gotten friends to buy. HUGE fan

Absolutely the worst customer service. I ordered spearmint lip balm and received pumpkin. Contacted Lalaleaf and was told there was nothing they could do. So I contacted Amex and received a credit. Threw the pumpkin away because I cannot stand anything pumpkin scented and no one wanted it.. will never order from them again.

Stay away from their lip balm. It broke out my lip, and also, is no different from any other. Had to keep applying it-that’s probably why it broke me out. Also-NO RETURNS.

Worst customer service. Sent me two of wrong lip balms I didn’t order & refused to make it right. Will never order from them again & letting all my friends who order from them about my experience.

Don’t know if it was a bot responding to me or a human. Refused to give me a name multiple times.

Lasts a really long time, is super high quality, has amazing variety. I've put all my friends onto them! My fav is the lemon!

Love my LaLa Leaf lip balms. My go to color is Plum. I need to have one in every purse and at work. So easy to use... just swipe. Don't need a mirror. All the natural ingredients feel great on my lips.

claims they make about all day moisture are true. I've had nothing but an all around pleasant experience with the product and the company. I got the clear and the Rojo and I love both of them. I intend to add other colors to my collection.

I used the La La Leaf lip balms many years ago but after it got used up I just picked up whatever was available locally. I recently decided that since it had been my favorite lip balm I would order it again. It is by far my favorite and I’ll be sticking with it this time. Thank you!

The BEST lip balm and tinted lip balms HANDS down. I’ve been using this for over a year now and I’m a subscriber. I’m somewhat of a self-proclaimed expert as I am a nervous lip biter.(I am also a professional cosmetologist and have been in the industry for over 20 years, and have done my research as well as education on products and ingredients). I have tried the majority of lip products out there. But many products are actually drying to one’s lips-forcing you to keep using the product and perpetuate the cycle. LaLaLeaf is a game changer, as the clean ingredients are emollient and healing for your lips. The reason I continue to use it is it addresses the drying effects of all the season changes and elements, as well as the effects of our physiological and hormonal changes. (I’ve recently hit menopause and wish I had this product YEARS ago). I’m also now in accelerated nursing school—and LALALEAF lip balm keeps my lips nourished and protected through hours of clinical rotations. Love love LOVE this product and I love the Pixy color for a soft Dewey pink hue.

I needed something for my very dry lips. I had tried other products that did not work. When I tried La La La Leaf it worked right away. My lips felt creamy and they have not been dry since. I love the different colors and scents.

I have been trying various lip balms hoping to find one that didn’t feel thick and pasty and actually felt like my lips were smooth. Well look no more. This product from lala leaf is terrific. It glides on smooth, feels good on my lips, and actually helps to keep them smooth. I am now getting rid of my other chap sticks and this will become my go to balm.

Love love the plum color!! It is the BEST soft plum color and so moisturizing! It exceeded my expectations. Don’t hesitate to order. Customer service is great!
