I am generally very skeptical when purchasing items such as these, but I have been extremely pleased with my purchase. I have been battling chapped lips for as long as I can remember. LA LA LEAF lip balm actually works as advertised and, therefore, I plan on making future purchases.

I was referred to La La Leaf by a friend. Lip balm is a staple for me here in the high elevations of Colorado. I ordered 2 lip balms in December and immediately fell in love with them. Within two weeks, I placed my second order - this time a bundle. These balms are so good that it’s hard to pick a favorite! The mint varieties are great and the Holiday Blend Pink is wonderful! I’ll be placing future orders and definitely gifting to friends.

I’ve had nothing but prompt and helpful response from customer service and La La Leaf balms are worth every penny.

This lip balm is the best I've ever used! And I am super picky. This stuff is amazing and my lips never ever get dry after using it. It also lasts a good long time on the lips and is so nourishing. The packaging is so cute but I'm waiting for them to make a slim line so I can fit it into my tiny cross bag when I use it!

I’ve been using LaLa Leaf’s lip balms for over 2 years and for me they are unmatched amongst other clean beauty lip balms and I’ve tried MANY! I typically use it as a base for my lips before applying lipstick at the beginning of my day as well as use it last thing at night before going to sleep and it keeps my lips well moisturized and flake free all day long, even in the cold and dry NY winter months.

One of my sisters is a lip balm only girl, so I gifted one to her and she ended up loving it so much that she gave it to a group of her clients for Christmas last year. She also gave one to me and our other sister that Christmas since she knew I loved it.

My first couple of orders were for the unscented lip balm, but after discovering the seasonal peppermint lip balm last Christmas, it quickly became my favorite. I love the fresh peppermint scent and the hint of color works perfectly on its own or under my lipsticks. After finishing that balm, I wish I had ordered 2 to get me through the year, so I was really excited to find it in stock and on sale right after Christmas a couple of weeks ago. I’ve been wearing it every day since!

The lip balm is so soothing. My lips are always dry and cracked and I was putting my previous vanilla bean lip balm on them at least 4-5 times a day. With Lala Leaf plain balm I only need to apply 2 times a day and I don't feel my lips are suffering at all! Believe me, I would tell you if they were. I'm an ex-Karmex addict! I love the lip balm and the packaging is on point!

I have tried many others, but this be is soft, light and perfect for me. It also lasts much longer than the others I tried, and I don’t have to keep reapplying. I use the fragrance free, and my lips are very soft. I now subscribe, this is the one for me.

I saw an ad for lalaleaf during the holidays and de died to buy for myself and daughter. I’m so glad I did because the lip moisturizer is amazingly smooth, light, and feels so good on my lips. I keep one in my pocket! Love this product!

Since discovering LaLa Leaf I have tossed all my other lip balms. Living in the mountains my lips were constantly dry and chapped. I loved the option of tinted lip balms so I took the plunge and ordered the Peppermint Candy Cane. I am in awe as to how well LaLa Leaf works after the first application! The hint of red color is perfect, the touch of peppermint feels great on my lips and even after the color wears off my lips remain soft! LaLaLeaf delivers as promised and I am a customer for life

I waited for one and half years and finally decided to buy some balms from LaLaLeaf On Black Friday I order 5 for 90 dollars. Still ridiculous expensive. I got the peppermint and I didn't like it. Too red for me and I looked a clown. I contacted the customer service and they said nothing can do about it since it was on sale. I was like what I am going to do with the peppermint that I hate it. It's 20 dollars just for one balm. Just save your money and I am going to stick with Palmers lip balm. Don't buy people's story on their review!

I've only purchased the seasonal pumpkin pie one but I love it. Hope they come out with Christmas ones.

This is ridiculously expensive lip balm that does nothing but turn my lips WHITE. My husband freaked out as soon as he saw it. It doesn't moisturize either; in fact, my lips got chapped for the first time in years after using it for 1 week. I'm back to using my $2.99 delicious lip balms from Eco Lips which actually work and don't turn my lips into white goo.

Used one time and knew immediately it would NOT help my dry lips. Looked up how to return and if you use it even once you can't return it so I'm stuck with it. My Burt's Bees is ten times more moisturizing and attractive. Also, it has a dense amount of sparkles which I don't like but you can't see them on the website in the picture. There are SO many better products out there!

Customer service is rude. They respond with the tact of “burnt out employee” - it was clear they could care less about resolving a problem with shipment.
Make your customers feel valued and they keep coming back- treat them the way I was treated and those customers find better things. It was really frustrating! It was a small issue and I was completely disregarded. The bank will solve my issue- but it shouldn’t have happened,

I would give it no stars. I placed an order for 2 balms. Received package with someone else’s order and invoice for one balm. Contacted customer service. Their reply took a while. I was told they would look into it. Company told me to keep the wrong order and they would send my order. I asked them to cancel. No reply. Asked again to cancel. Was informed package shipped and to return it for a refund. Well, I returned it unopened. The company will not respond to me. Does not answer voicemails or emails.
Finally their explanation “We sent you a replacement order so you received 2 orders and sent back one that is why you didn’t receive a refund.”
This makes no sense. I fixed todays date but this has been going on for 2 months.

This is, hands down, the best lip balm I've ever tried (and I've tried a lot of them.) To me, it has the moisturizing power of an overnight lip mask, but it is light enough to wear throughout the day. I always apply before I go to bed and when I wake up, it's still there and my lips are unbelievably soft. I am obsessed with orange/citrus flavors and scents, and the addition of mint makes Mint Julep my all-time favorite. I am a lip balm fiend, but after going through my first tube, I don't even care about any other balms out there. This stuff is amazing!

So dissapointed with this company. I was so excited to try this brand. I ordered a 4 pack of the lip balms. I was sent only 1 lip balm and it wasn't even one of the ones in the bundle I ordered. I understand stuff happens so I reached out to the company letting them know and attached photos. I had to reach back out again and finally recieved a reply and they basically accused me of lying. I responded and have heard nothing back. Love that I paid $56 for one lip balm and to get accused of lying. Very dissapointing.
