Reliable, efficient and friendly service
Since using Lalu we've found it to be an amazing service! Reports are completed reliably within the timeframes given and uploading to the portal couldn't be easier. It has saved so much time for our GPs and admin staff at the practice.
The team are always really friendly and helpful, speedy at resolving queries and regularly checking in with us to check the service is going well. Special mention to Leah!

A game changer for service excellence
Lalu has had such a positive impact on the level of service that we offer our claimants. Our claims end to end turnaround time have reduced dramatically since we started utilising the service, meaning our claims managers can focus their time on prioritising claims assessment and giving our customers financial peace of mind when they most need it. And the team at Lalu are amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable, speedy and efficient when it comes to answering any questions and cant do enough to help. Couldn't recommend them enough!
