Lancashireglass Avis

We have just had new exterior doors fitted and I cannot praise Lancashire Glass enough from the initial meeting with Peter through to the doors being fitted and the follow up by Peter to make sure we were happy with the doors.
There was no hard sell and Peter helped us to decide on what we wanted, explaining everything in detail. The fitters were so efficient and set to work as soon as they arrived. They worked solidly the whole time and cleared everything up when they had finished.
I would definitely recommend Lancashire Glass

The salesman Is exceptional and explains everything very well he also makes sure the requirements we want doing and important details to the job was followed the work men were tidy took all there rubbish away and was extremely curious and understanding to us having dog in the house very quick service and would recommend to anyone who requires windows and doors. The price was reasonable and service was excepitionl from start to finish.

Excellent, great communication, great products, great workmanship.
Highly recommended.

Very good experience from start to finish. No hard sell. Quality product. Well priced. Hard working fitters who did the work to a good standard while maintaining polite and pleasant interactions. Very happy with the finished results. Would recommend.

By far the most competitive quote I received. No hard sell (unlike all the other overbearing companies I contacted). Peter Bridal was extremely polite and courteous throughout. He guaranteed his original quote and honoured it to the penny. He provided, in writing, the complete breakdown, quality assurance and spec of the windows to be installed. He also understood and accommodated my short deadline for the work, which again was met on time. The workmen who measured up and installed the windows were also very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I am extremely pleased with the new windows, for which I have received a CERTASS Certificate and Insurance Policy. I cannot express enough the excellent service I have received throughout from this double glazing company and their staff and will be highly recommending them to others.

Excellent experience through the process from ordering to installation.
5 windows and 2 doors.
Communication was great throughout the process. Peter was fantastic and very efficient and helpful.
The fitters did a great job taking pride in their work.
I got numerous quotes but this was the best.
Would recommend

From start to finish very efficient service, great communication from Peter and fitters were great too, cleaned up and took everything away. Had 2 bay windows and one bedroom done. Excellent job, would definitely recommend.

Just wanted to say how delighted I am with my new windows. Peter helped all the way through the process and his experience and advice certainly aided my choices on the final design.
The Installation team were fantastic. On time, and worked so hard all day to get the job done. They were very careful and sheeted all carpets to minimise dust. They made sure I was happy with final results. They finished off by ensuring all areas were clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Highly recommend! Peter was extremely honest and upfront helping us choose a style and colour, such fair pricing and none of the salesman talk! Work done in the quotes time frame(6weeks!) and no hidden costs. We had a slight mix up with a privacy glass being the wrong pattern, I called Peter and the glass was swapped the next day. Fitters were brilliant, clean, tidy and extremely respectful. We love our new windows and door! Thank you 😊

Excellent servis from start to finish. Peter is very knowledgable, experienced and very helpful. The fitters do a fantastic job we are very happy.

I am so happy with my windows and doors. Peter and the rest of the team were very professional and completed the job in the time frame that was suitable for me. The fitters were friendly and knowledgeable. After two other quotes Lancashire Glass gave me the best price and communicated regularly from the initial visit to after installation. I would definitely recommend Lancashire Glass to all my friends and family.

From the start of the enquiry, I dealt with Peter. He was professional, honest and friendly. A fair price that stood up to local competition. I was kept informed about the progress of my order throughout.
So nice to deal with a real person, thanks Peter B.
The quality of the product is fabulous and supported by a ten year guarentee.
Really pleased with the speed at which everything happened. Clear communication and the fitters worked flat out to fit the new door and panel; taking away the debris and old door. Would recommend Lancashire Glass for communication, quality of product and execution of same.

1st class job at a competitive price.
Good communication. Turned up when they said they would. Would use again. Thanks.

From start to finish, Lancashireglass were very professional. Communication was clear, they responded quickly, and everything was completed in a timely manner without compromising on quality. A big advantage was the price, which was exactly half of what competitors were charging. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

After trawling through double glazing companies we lost the will to live until we came across Peter from Lancashire glass.
Peter kept I touch with us all the way through the process as communication is key. After speaking to Peter and getting a quote there was no point getting other companies involved as Peter put our minds at rest.
He gave us a great price as well no hidden extras just straight forward.
Nice friendly surveyor came and measured up and a few days later arranged a fitting date.
Fitting was a fast and efficient service into the bargain.
We will definitely be using Lancashire glass again in future projects.
Forget the rest ring the best!
