Lancashireglass Avis

The first meeting with Peter to discuss our needs, where he explained everything and had a large portfolio to show us designs etc, went extremely well. He was helpful and really assisted us in deciding what we required. The surveyor also was great, brought samples for us to choose from. From day one of the build, the guys were on time and worked hard, even though it was freezing. Every evening they cleaned up. The whole team were polite and respectful. I would highly recommend this company. I’m delighted with my new roof, conservatory now converted into a lovely useable room.

I had a door and kitchen windows done. I have had my kitchen flooded as seals failed. Can I get this company who gave me a 10 year guarantee to come sort it, nope. In the hands of a solicitor now. I have had enough money

Quality from start to finish, Pete was very professional and not pushy which we appreciated kept us informed through out the whole process always on the other end of the phone when needed.

Fitters worked really well and cracked on non stop, brilliant workmanship and end quality, cleaned up at the end of each day!

Great experience all in all and would recommend 👌

Perfect salesman, fast service, quality finish on the door we had fitted. The fitter came on time and his workmanship was excellent. They cleaned up after themselves and took our old door away. Would highly recommend this company.

Great company, super helpful and friendly throughout. Did a fantastic job in a great time scale, would highly recommend.

Thank you to all the staff at Lancasgire Glass for doing such a wonderful job and within our budget and within our timescale. Everyone has been so lovely and we are both thrilled with the finished job. Wishing you all a wonderful 2025 and I will recommend you to all our friends and relatives

Great company. Fitters were polite and hard working. Super cheap price for top quality gear. Would defo recommend

Disgraceful company !!! Just been called a mother f***er on the phone for trying to get my new door fixed that is out of line …. Zero after sales !! Workmen making threats !!! Was told to fix it myself ! Keep collecting your bad reviews , you’ve no respect for your customers! Keep up the bad work , keep up your bad attitudes and keep making threats ! Read all your reviews, I am not alone , this is standard behaviour from yous !!!

We have recently moved into our new home in Preston, the house was extremely cold and drafty. We got several quotes for new windows and doors from local companies and decided to use Lancashire Glass & Glazing. The whole process was stress free and what a wonderful job the fitters have done. They worked so hard and were respectful to our home. The finished job is amazing and the house is literally 10 times warmer and I cannot thank everyone enough…..ignore any negative comments about this company they are as genuine as they come.

Had four panes replaced, very reasonable price, quick turn around and the guys installing were professional and did the job quickly with zero mess.

The guys who came from Lancashire Glass were on time very friendly and very tidy, they cleaned up everything and the standard of the fitting was excellent I would definitely use Lancashire Glass again when needed. Thanks again to the fitters and all at Lancashire Glass. Many thanks Karl....

I would definitely recommend this company. The windows are top quality and a fair price, and the people we've dealt with have all been very nice and helpful. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

Highly recommend Lancashire glass
Did a great job and competitive price.
They re friendly, fast and windows are quality.

Peter has been great, explaining everything and keeping in touch.
Work completed and we are very pleased. Look forward to having the team back after Xmas to do the back of the house.

Highly skilled team with a great attention to detail, the final result is nothing less than magic.
We had an old conservatory that was pretty much useless, the team demolished it, took the debris away and constructed a wonderful proper living space in its place.
We are well pleased!

From sales to install, LGG have been great to work with. Peter our sales guy was always available for any further questions we had and clear communication when needed. Installers/builders were professional, polite and respectful. I would highly recommend them. We chose LGG due to being an independent company and because they manufacture their own high quality products here in the UK.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from start to finish , couldn’t ask for any more! Had a bay window fitted perfect job looks very good in-fact excellent went above & beyond would highly recommend & will be using again when future windows need replacing

Very professional from start to finish.
