Landis Avis 

I appreciate Landis for helping my family and with our first , I’m so happy it’s hard to put it in words. I’ll put it like This I’m 55 years old I was so happy I wanted to do it flip , but I thought about I would be found a review from a hospital bed lol. I love everyone’s help, Mr. Andrew , I don’t know how he does it but he has so much patience omg he’s a friend a counselor all in one my husband and are still pinching ourselves. Thank you sooooooo much for work with our agent Rhonda she’s such a blessing.

My honest opinion is they were good but be prepared to have you’re deposit ready when you get approved, if you don’t you won’t be able to view homes or move on from there. Sadly it didn’t work out for me because I didn’t have the deposit ready.

We started with Landis at the end of October 2021. Julio our Landis Rep. really made this happen for us, guided us on what to look for, so we could make a well informed decision on a home, we would love. When we finally got our home selected and in closing Julio and all of Landis made it happen for us to get the keys to bring in the new year in our new home.

Always available to answer and clear up any concerns. Landis is really a God send to my family, we shall always be grateful for the opportunity to become eventual home owners.

I started in October and I'm already in my house in December if you just follow their guidelines and do what they ask and get your documents in on time you will see you will be closer to home ownership quickly they are wonderful people to work with they care they take out the time to get back to you in a timely manner just be patient and everything will work out for you as it did for me
