El ser humano por naturaleza es desconfiado, desconfiamos de lo que no conocemos, de lo que no podemos ver; y eso esta bien, nos hace menos vulnerables; pero hoy puedo decir a ustedes que mi experiencia con LANDIS ha sido la mejor, el excelente trabajo y disposicion de la senorita Lindsay Marrone, su paciencia y sobre todo su diligencia han hecho que confiara en LANDIS y no me arrepiento por que gracias a su buen trabajo en representacion de LANDIS estoy caminando dia a dia a la construccion del sueno de tener mi casa propia, he encontrado en ellos un respaldo en estos tiempos dificiles han sido comprensibles, solo tengo para decir... GRACIAS LANDIS ...

The human being by nature is distrustful, we distrust what we do not know, what we cannot see; and that's fine, it makes us less vulnerable; But today I can tell you that my experience with LANDIS has been the best, the excellent work and disposition of Miss Lindsay Marrone, her patience and above all her diligence have made me trust LANDIS and I do not regret it because thanks to her good I work on behalf of LANDIS I am walking day by day to the construction of the dream of having my own house, I have found in them a support in these difficult times they have been understandable, I only have to say ... THANK YOU LANDIS ...

I’m honestly a little disappointed with Landis, I started working with Lindsay, received my preapproval, submitted all required documentation and I was advised to start looking for homes. So being excited about the entire process, I started looking actively. I was later advised to be on the lookout for an email/call from a Realtor in my area, whom would assist me with the home search. I received a call from another gentleman that advised he was working with Lindsay to find me a local agent. After submitting all required documentation Lindsay contact me to let me know about a “final review”. Her colleague contacted me via email to “clarify my work and school situations” (I’m currently working full time and in graduate school part time). Over a week passed and I hadn’t heard anything from Lindsay or her colleague, so I reached out. The next day Lindsay left a voicemail advising that “I was about a year out from working with Landis” in other words “we wasted your time, sorry not sorry”. What frustrates me most is I was in the process of searching for a new rental, came across Landis, and pressed pause on everything and I’m still stuck in my current home. Not to mention I also advised my credit isn’t the best, but I work hard and I advised them of my current situation and how I’m working with a credit repair company as well. I actually had a credit score increase of 155 points in the mist of communicating with Landis. Which made me feel like I was 1 step ahead by already working on my credit, so that within a year I would be in great space. Lindsay was nice, I’m just assuming that the company isn’t in the business of helping those with credit issues become homeowners (shrugs), good luck to the rest who have secured homes, and be careful of your time to those considering working with the company.

Just started working with Landis and it has been a great experience so far. Lindsay is great to talk to and is very upfront about the program. So far been a fantastic experience and I will update as things proceed. Thanks Landis!

I recommend landis to anyone that are having challenges getting into their dream home. Lindsay was great , very informative and honest and available to assist my husband and I on all that was needed to be done. I hope the best for Lindsay and the staff of landis.

Working with Landis has been amazing for us throughout the entire process Lindsay kept in touch with myself throughout the entire thing and always made herself available whenever myself or our relator needing anything from Landis. It is true what they say about closing in your dream home in 30 days my wife and kids found the perfect home for the family and we are now living in it 30 days later. All thanks to a simple process that is very user friendly and hassle- free. Lindsay is very is very understanding and honest with any and all issues we encountered during process which was a big relief. Thank you to landis and a special thanks to Lindsay for all the hard work and endless text messages and phone calls to get us on the right track. I highly recommend using landis for the home buying process and make sure you ask for Lindsay

My experience with Landis has been nothing but exceptional. Working with Lindsey has been a very rewarding experience for me. I highly recommend Landis if you have dreams of wanting to own a home, but are not quite ready to buy, due to situations that may of occurred in your life. What I like about Landis is that they understand that situations happen and they do everything they can possible to make your future dreams of home ownership come true. I never would of thought that I would be living in a beautiful house, thanks to Landis. Lindsey and my Realtor were always very helpful in the process to answer any questions that I had. I will say I was a bit nervous at the beginning of the process, but I am so glad that I found Landis. Landis is a real company that is helping people to be a part of their home ownership program. False Advertising. This program is suppose to be rent for a year to own, not buy a house right off now. They are suppose to help you build your credit within a year so that it can place you in a position to buy. Also they get all of your personal information such as tax statements, bank statements and check stubs and then turn you down saying debt to income ratio is too high. That should only come about if you will buy the house right off not rent to work on credit so you can buy.

Since my review of Landis was posted. I was able to speak with the founder Tom of Landis about my experience. He was very kind and understanding and has been very helpful with the next steps in order to get approved with Landis.

Lindsay has been awesome. She has helped with every question and concern that I have had through my process with Landis. Overall my experience has been great.

I had the pleasure of working with Lindsay from this company. Landis is so incredibly lucky to have an employee that fully believes in her company. Has the answers her customers need. And is one of the most personable, caring people I've ever dealt with in my search for a home for my family.

I'm a single dad with three sons. My recent divorce made it hard to purchase a house through the ordinary means. While searching for mortgage loans, I somehow came across Landis. Lindsay was my point of contact for several months as I figured out what I was going to do. She wasn't pushy, neither did she neglect me. She follows through every single time with what she said she would do, and if she was going to be on vacation, or off for a day, she'd let me know who I could contact for any questions.

Her level of professionalism, follow through, and the compassion she brings to Landis are an enormous strength. I would recommend Landis hands down because of her to anyone. Due in large part to her hard work, my family has a home that we will be proud owners of in a year.

Landis is amazing! They’re helping me buy the home I’ve always wanted. They are incredible to work with and turned what has previously been a very stressful process into something super exciting and positive. I love working with them and only wish I’d found them sooner!

I feel like the Landis team are honestly interested in helping to make everything work. The co founder Cyril follows up with me on a monthly basis wanting updates on my situation. They understand that circumstances may have hiccups but try to assist in any way possible.

These amazing folks came out of nowhere, recommended by the management company for our home. Landis bought the home we rent because ours was suddenly put up for sale and we weren't able to secure a mortgage. Bad credit happens. Now, they're helping get us into the next phase, homeownership. These guys are communicative and incredibly helpful any time of day. It's a pleasure to work with these people, and this outstanding company they've started.
