We approached Landlord Checks after locating them on Google. On face value we were promised a fire statement. Their apparently fully trained Assessor Muhammad promised us that they could deliver what we need within a few days. When this didn’t materialise after numerous phone calls and emails we had to approach our local authority for an extension of one week. After waiting another week’ we were then told fifteen minutes prior to our deadline cut off that they could not produce the fire statement. Because of their incompetence we have missed our planning application deadline and this has cost us a timely 3 month delay. I would not recommend this Company, they are incompetent and lie resulting in costly delays. Muhammad promised us all the way through the process that they could deliver what we needed!!!
