Statue details not even close to online photo. I bought the Wine Time frogs for my sisters birthday present. She sent me a photo of what she was sent - not even close to the photo online. Can barely tell they are wine glasses and the frogs eyes are not very good. The bow on the girl frogs head looks like a blob of concrete on top of her head. Was sooo excited to get it for her Key West garden - disappointed. It did come very well packaged - she was impressed on how it was packaged for shipping. Had to leave a message for Customer Service - no one to answer the phone?

Concrete garden frogs were great! Lot of detail. Arrived perfect in their fantastic over packed packaging! Thanks. We will order again.

excellent experience in every way

The ordering process was simple. The fountain was shipped earlier than we expected and it arrived perfectly packed with no damage. Set up was not difficult with two strong guys. The fountain color was perfec and the adjustable pump allows the flow to be just as you desire. I was very happy with the customer help that checked on delivery dates. All in all a 5 star experience!

I love my rock cairn. While very heavy, It is supported with small metal dowels which keep it stable. A great small focal point in my woodland garden.

I have ordered different statues in the past from other places and without doubt Landscaper Outlet has a bigger selection in terms of the kinds of finishes the statues have. But more importantly, the statue I purchased was packed and shipped so well, there was no damage. The packing is the most professional I have seen. No worries that it broke during transit and having to call to get another one sent. Highly recommend! Statue looks the same in person as online as well.

I ordered 4 large urns. They were delivered within a few weeks, well crated, and courteous delivery person. The delivery process was smooth, I received a call to confirm delivery date. My emails and questions were responded to promptly. Great selection of products. All and all, an excellent shopping experience.

I purchased a medium size cover for my outdoor fountain. I found the product to be of good quality and reasonable price. I used it after I cleaned my fountain before vacation. My only disappointment was that I was not notified of acceptance of my order or of a shipping date. I was notified it would ship after I did a follow up email. I would prefer immediate confirmation when the order is placed.

When a company responds to a problem with understanding, prompt service and resolution - THIS is the hallmark of a solid company that I would recommend buying from. I will definitely be a repeat customer and if you are a first time buyer, like I was - I can say you can buy with confidence. My first order was shipped and I did not receive it. A month went by and unbeknownst to me - the company was having some phone difficulties - and I could not make "human" contact. I persisted and finally reached Taylor - she said that the phone system is totally revamped for customer service and she looked into my order and resolved it immediately!
To summarize, things happen in life. When they do, it's nice to have the communication and support in place that Landscaper Outlet has to make the buying experience a pleasant one.

The product (a backyard fountain with pump) is nice and was delivered as promised by a freight guy. My one complaint is there were no installation instructions in the package. Finally thought to look on the website and found instructions there. First time I have ever received anything with no printed sheet of instructions.
