I invested $4,700 in a wood-burning stove, expecting a high-quality product. Instead, it arrived rusted and looking like it had already been used.
I reached out to the company hoping they would stand behind their product, but I was met with delays, excuses, and no real solution—no refund, no exchange, just a frustrating experience from start to finish.
For such an expensive purchase, this level of quality and customer service is completely unacceptable. I regret buying from this company and would warn others to be very cautious.

All I have to say is if there was an option for 0 stars, that's what I would rate ALL of you.
All of you that work there will team and stick with your so called "PROFFESSIONAL REPLY"! Stop fabricating your story. After speaking with several of you, none of your stories match.
Especially where you say we were told locally that we shouldn't buy the stove due to NM codes.
We didn't find about the codes until Abe reached out to another out of state retailer to ask if there was anything we could do to make this stove that we had bought from you work, since none of your team would help us.
Upon speaking with the individual from another state who told us there was nothing that would make this stove work because of NM codes. He continued to say that they were prohibited from selling their stoves to customers in NM due to codes. He also stated that your company should have never sold us the stove. He said "Negligence in their part"and they should have known that."
I then passed that information to your team!
I can go on to reply on all your unprofessionalism and fabricated stories and how you all stick together but I've made my point and its a waste of time.
I just hope that people see what you all are made of and shop elsewhere.
As long as the products you sell don't require customer service you'll get 5 stars.
Your sales team can "sell ice cream to an eskimo" as they say. Sales people will say what it takes to make their sale. Shame on you!!

Spoke with a customer service rep who said I needed to speak with another rep who would call me back to resolve a minor problem. Guess what? ... He called me back and resolved the problem. That, is what defines customer service!

I have purchased a new stove! I am stuck with the one I purchased from you all can you give me any idea on what to do with it .I have had three different plumbers look at it I have talked to the manufacturer about it I don't know what to do anymore!! Maybe you can help. Thanks

Your ?Customer Service Vince was very helpful. I didn't realize you didn't have the grill I ordered in stock!! Hayward didn't ship the base and wheels, propane holder. Then R&L Carriers wouldn't even attempt to drive down Oak River road, because it was gravel.I had to drive 15 miles to meet him at a fast food restuarant, to get my partial order

We had tried to order this smoker from another site. They took our money and held it for SIX MONTHS with no communication. We kept calling or emailing and asking when it would ship and were told "2-3 days" or "12-15" days. Finally, they said they no longer carried it and sent the money back. We ordered from Spotix and had a completely opposite experience. It did not originally ship in the timeframe that was shown when we ordered. However, as soon as I emailed in to ask about status, I got an immediate response. My CSR continued contacting the manufacturer daily until we got an answer. It arrived 8 days after the original ship date, but in plenty of time for the event we are holding. I am really pleased with the customer service and the product. Highly recommend!

Almost 5 stars. CS was good but missed the mark in a couple places. I asked if product was in stock and told yes there were 2. Ordered immediately but no shipment for 12 days. Spotix let me know the grill was on its way a day after I received it. I would have purchased a gas line hose for the grill had I been informed it didn't come with one. Had to wait another three days to get one from somewhere. I ordered just one accessory when i placed my order with the CS person, but I needed 5 to complete the set. CS just didn't have the product knowledge to make my experience great when ordering a very expensive grill.
