Lanes did a good enough job once they…
Lanes did a good enough job once they got their act together. They found the problem but did not fix it first time, filled up the hole and had to come back and start all over again. Maddening! After the blockage was cleared they did a good job of checking everything was cleared, repairing the broken clay pipe and reinstating to excavations.

Don't bother
Don't bother, the most expensive company out there and they will quote you for work that isn't even your responsibility. If I hadn't already had someone from Thames Water inspect the issue, I wouldn't have known what was our responsibility vs theirs. Lanes sent out a full quote for works that wasn't our responsibility. Be careful, you will get quotes for issues that you don't need to pay for! No honesty or transparency with this business.
