Langleys House Clearance Avis

Clearing my deceased mum's house was a task I dreaded. Gillian and the team made the process as hassle free as possible. They were totally professional and took the time to be respectful.

Great communication. Very helpful

Sadly, for the second time in two years, I have needed to use the services of Langleys House clearance. Gillian, Martyn and their team were professional and helpful on both occasions and dealt with the process with sensitivity and compassion. This helped me greatly. I am very happy to recommend them and Langleys for house clearance.

Gillian and Martyn understood our requirements and met them admirably.

Gillian and her team were brilliant
We were given only a days notice for Completion of the property we were selling. She rearranged her workload ,got to the property early and cleared the house in a very efficient and professional manner
They are very nice people. Highly recommend

What a special company and such a special team !! We gave them short notice to clear our house in Muswell Hill before completion of the sale of the house, and they rose to the challenge !! Whereas other clearance companies would have taken 2 days - Langleys did everything in one day - taking a full load away and then coming back for the rest. They left the house perfectly clear and clean without even LEAVING ONE SCRATCH ! From the very beginning Gillian was outstanding and took care of every detail. The team was excellent and a special shout for Richard and Cammie. Thank you Langleys !!!

The whole process was smooth and faultless, right from the first phone call with Gillian to the clearance itself. The quote was lower than the three others we had requested, and yet on the day the team turned up, worked like troopers through the heat, and left the place completely clear - no marks or damage to the walls lifting heavy furniture down steep stairs. Great job!

I was under time pressure to empty, clean and return a rental property for a deceased friend of mine. I picked Langleys as nearest to the property and what a find they were. Gillian was friendly, professional and true to her word. The task was completed on time and at the exact cost. Would highly recommend them as a company.

Truly delighted with Langleys House Clearance from the very first call with Martin and then Gillian who came to give the quote and the team who arrived to do the clearance. Professional, friendly and clearly very experienced. This was a total house clearance. Effortless to deal with the whole team, especially important when we are dealing with emotional grief clearing our Fathers home. I wholeheartedly recommend Langleys House Clearance.

Richard and the gang were extremely polite and respectful of our feeling at a difficult time. They worked very hard for the whole day with smiles on their faces.
Lillian was understanding, professional and cheerful throughout the whole process, giving us a very fair quote and popping in throughout the clearance day.
Thankyou so much for your care and consideration on the day. We would definitely recommend to anyone with a clearance job to do.

From the first contact with Langleys, to the final clearance, we were shown a friendly and sympathetic service.
Although I didn't meet the clearance team on the day, a family friend tells me they were efficient and friendly.

Fantastic Service. Two cahps who came to collect the furniture were polite and very efficient.
Absolutely delighted.

Thanks to the team. They worked tirelessly to clear my mum and her partner’s bungalow, garage, shed and greenhouse. They were sympathetic and understanding that it was difficult to clear away a home of life’s memories. They pointed out things we might want to keep and just didn’t chuck it away but worked with us. We are very grateful to them and would highly recommend their services which took away the stress for us . A fantastic team thank you 🤩

Excellent service today from the guys at Langley. They worked tirelessly for 6 hours clearing the home, garage, shed and greenhouse. Polite, efficient and very helpful. Took away all the stress and worry of clearing the property.

I can't recommend Langley House Clearance highly enough! From the very first phone call to the final clearance, they were an absolute dream to work with. Gillian and her team were friendly, efficient, and professional. There were a couple of small challenges along the way, but they handled everything with no fuss or drama at all. It's also a huge relief to know they are licensed and that everything was disposed of properly—no worries about your items ending up where they shouldn't. They truly made a difficult process so much easier
