Langleys House Clearance Avis

First Class service, Ross was very kind and professional and the flat was cleared and cleaned within 4 days, the result was mind blowing.

A very tough task undertaken on time and with complete transparency on cost with video and photo confirmation on completion. Very happy to recommend Langleys.

We needed to clear my father's house quickly due to the sale, we found Langleys, and Ross came to the rescue.
They provided a quick and efficient service, at a very competitive and fair price.
We are very happy and will readily recommend Langleys. Very professional.

Extremely professional family run business who cleared my Mum's flat for me. They were very friendly & helpful & made the experience easy. I also liked that a large percentage of the items would be taken to charity & the majority of the rest recycled. Very competitive too!

Amazing Service. Langleys were great at every step of the way, from arranging a date and time to view the house, through to clearance day ifself. A friendly team who did what they said they'd do and could have a laugh with you too. Thank you so much guys for making what seemed such a daunting task, appear so simple.

Ross was very pleasant to deal with, courteous and efficient, as well as flexible when we had to move the date.

Great job, prompt and very efficient service by a great team.

Ross and the Langleys team did a great job - prompt, understanding and friendly, with these last qualities important as house clearance only ever happens at a difficult time (in my case, my mother was leaving her home of 50+ years and going into care). They gave an accurate quote and sorted the cleaning, and it's good to know that many of the items removed will either find a new home via charity or else be recycled. It's good to have worked with a local family firm that provides an excellent level of service. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Prompt response to my enquiry. Competitive quote.
Friendly and helpful throughout the difficult process of clearing my uncle’s flat. Highly recommended.

Great service and friendly staff. Thank you I will definitely use your service again

They were very capable and friendly but also treated the items removed and the house with respect. I would definitely recommend Langley's to anyone that's needs their services.

Utterly professional, calm, and good-natured with a totally smooth and efficient house clearance service. Would recommend without hesitation!

Very good service thanks.

Work carried out quickly and efficiently by lovely people. Great service.

Extremely professional service. Great communications from the very first interaction with the website. It was a time sensitive job and I had to be sure the work was carried out in a timely manner. The team gave dates and times and stuck to them. I had the sense that the team were extremely trustworthy. They left the house in a clean and tidy condition. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for further work.

Ross and team were brilliant. They arrived on time, completed the job with no fuss. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot rate this company more highly

Ross was great. I explained I lived a few hours from the property and he was very accommodating. Once I accepted his quote he cleared the house a few days later.
Ross followed up with a video after they'd cleared. I am very happy with the service provided and would recommend their services.

Very polite and efficient and very honest reliable and trustworthy I would recommend this company to anyone

Good custonmer service on the phone, timely contact and excellent staff who worked hard to provide an efficient service - thank you Ross, Gillian and the team!
