Visited Las Iguanas In Liverpool on a lunchtime with my wife and two daughters. Great friendly greeting and sat down with full view of the restaurant. Staff were over in a good time to take drinks orders and were very patient waiting on both daughters to make their choices. Food was fantastic, superb cocktails and was well informed when something wasn't available and a good other choice was offered. Excellent discount of 20% for Blue card and military discount holders

Very reasonably priced! Me and my partner got 30% student discount and 2 for 1 cocktails costing £13. Would recommend, yummy food and good service

Great atmosphere, but big issues with food timing
We visited Las Iguanas at Center Parcs Woburn Forest last Wednesday. While the venue has a really nice, lively atmosphere and the staff were friendly enough, our experience with service and food timing was very disappointing.
We got sat down at 7 which was the time that our table was booked for, shortly after we sat down we ordered our drinks. We then ordered our food at about 7:20 ish. We had to wait for about an hour just for our mains and our starter. Our starter came out after our mains. Even after we received our food we ordered another set of drinks which my other half had to ask for them to bring over to the table.

I have visited La Iguanas Canterbury on several occasions, including previous bottomless brunches, and have always enjoyed my experience. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing and fell well below the standard I have come to expect.
The visit began positively, with staff kindly accommodating a request to lower the music volume due to my friend’s severe ADHD. However, several subsequent interactions left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. When we requested additional drinks during our bottomless brunch, we were told to “chill out”, which we felt was unprofessional and dismissive.
The most upsetting incident occurred when we attempted to pay our bill. Having previously paid downstairs on earlier visits, we began making our way downstairs before being shouted at and instructed to return upstairs. We were then asked whether we were planning to “run away” and informed that staff believed we were attempting to leave without paying. This was both embarrassing and upsetting, particularly as we had every intention of settling our bill and did so without hesitation.
I would like to commend Rosie, who handled our concerns professionally and with genuine empathy. She listened carefully, acknowledged our experience and restored some confidence in the situation through her excellent customer service.
Unfortunately, this was later undermined by a telephone call from the General Manager. Rather than feeling listened to, I felt repeatedly interrupted and challenged while attempting to explain what had happened. The resolution that had been offered to us in the restaurant was also withdrawn, which left us feeling even more disappointed.
I fully appreciate that restaurants can be extremely busy and that staff work under pressure. Having worked in customer service and hospitality myself, I understand these challenges. However, customers should still be treated with professionalism, respect and courtesy at all times.
This experience was particularly disappointing because it differs so greatly from the positive experiences I have previously had at La Iguanas Canterbury. I hope the feedback is taken constructively and used to improve future customer experiences.
Basingstoke branch
Basingstoke branch , original server was amazing then they swap starters fine but main meal were clearly frozen and microwaved, considering what they charged that isn't good enough for the monies this company ask for, once the server asked is everything ok, first time we did I advised it was frozen microwave food as the edges of the burrito are microwave burnt , plus you could tell it was frozen as it was like warm in the middle and extremely watery. Asking the manager of the branch is this frozen they denied this completely started being rude stating they watch them make the food fresh daily, then stating that we never said anything during the meal which we did to the original server, extremely hostile management,when asked why you being rude they advise they would do a discount which worked out to be 8 percent so still ended up paying £90 for frozen food never again & stated someone else will come take your payment, all because I stated what I stated I don't believe I should of been spoken too / dealt with as I did. Again I will never eat at this chain again complete con fresh food charges for frozen mediocre food

We came here for brunch and for £40 per person it was a complete disappointment.
The drinks were served in tin cups and tasted really watered down with very little alcohol in them. The food was average at best corn and chicken salad tasted like tinned corn and the other dishes faired no better, bland but the biggest issue was the service.
From the moment we walked in until we left we felt completely ignored. We waited along time to be seated, there wasn’t many tables in and there seemed to be plenty of staff around yet getting anyone's attention was a struggle. Given two menus between four people, so had to share. Most of the time the staff seemed more interested in talking to each other than looking after customers.
One of our group wasn't doing the brunch and was ordering from the normal menu. Because she didn't have ID and doesn't drink alcohol she was told she couldn't sit with us and had to move to a separate table if we wanted to order the brunch. It made absolutely no sense. Other tables had people drinking alcohol sat with children yet our friend who wasn't drinking and wasn't ordering alcohol and was told she had to sit away from the rest of us. She actually got incredibly upset at the thought she had spoiled everyone’s day. Nobody should be made to cry in a restaurant due to staff being unable to cater to everyone’s needs, the tin cups are a clear indication you are on the “brunch” menu (food limited fyi you want anything slightly nicer and it’s classed as “upgraded” and even more money!
The atmosphere from the staff was very much one of not wanting to be there. Nobody seemed interested in customers and the whole place felt flat.
To top it off there was a service charge of over £17 which was ridiculous considering the level of service we received.
There are much nicer places to spend your money. We won't be returning. Just because you have a prime spot in Manchester doesn’t mean you get prime serve or prime food, please remember this when entering.

Very disappointing experience at Las Iguanas. Every person in our group had their own voucher in the Las Iguanas app, yet the waiter refused to honour the “2 mains for 1” offer, claiming only one offer could be used per table. We checked the T&Cs and nothing stated this. We were also seated next to a smelly toilet area despite the restaurant being empty, and when we asked to move tables the waiter became rude and unpleasant. Poor customer service overall.

my visit to Las Iguanas on 18 May at approximately 12:15 PM.
I visited the restaurant with a group of friends and we intended to use the “2 mains for 1” offer available through the Las Iguanas app. However, the waiter serving us refused to apply the offer, stating that according to the terms and conditions only one offer could be used per table.
We reviewed the terms and conditions ourselves and were unable to find any information stating that the offer was limited to one per table. Despite this, the waiter continued to refuse our request.
In addition, the waiter’s attitude throughout our visit was unpleasant and unprofessional. Although the restaurant was almost empty at the time, we were seated next to an area near the toilets which had an unpleasant smell. When we chose to move to another available table, the waiter became rude and dismissive towards us.
Overall, the experience was very disappointing due to both the poor customer service and the way we were treated during our visit.
I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated and addressed accordingly.
Special 30th Birthday evening
Our daughter chose Las Iguanas for her 30th birthday celebratory dinner with her friends at Center Parcs in Longleat.
We had a wonderful evening and the food was fantastic. Jayden looked after us so well throughout the evening. He even led the team out with the brownie stack birthday “cake” which was a really joyous and precious moment. Thanks also to Elle restaurant manager and the back of house team for making all the arrangements for a very special evening. Thank you one and all.
Our server at Chelmsford was Rory
Our server at Chelmsford was Rory. He was helpful, on the ball, informative and friendly. He made the whole bottomless experience so perfect. We had a wedding hen of mixed ages and he was brilliant. I would absolutely recommend this experience again ☺️ Well done Rory!

The food is always good but the staff are not very welcoming and can be really rude. The last time we went we said we’d never be back. Really disappointing since the food and some waiters are lovely, seems to be rude management

The food was excellent—full of flavour with some nice varieties on the menu. The 2-for-1 cocktails/mocktails were a highlight too. They were well-made and added to the overall experience.
Staff were always friendly and helpful. The overall value for money was very good considering the quality of food and drinks.
Would happily go back again!
Not impressed
Went to the one in the oracle Reading.
Took a while for someone to come and take our order new waitress apparently that I found out after it was her first full shift.
When the food arrived only 2 out of the 4 meals arrived then the 3 and then the 4th.
The 4th meal was wrong it got sent back . When the ‘correct ‘one came that was also wrong.
Service was not great . Floor manager said he would take our drinks off the bill.
Then used the WC .
OMG 3 cubicles and only one working. Toilet roll on the floor which was moist with a fluid . The one in the holder was hanging off the wall with what looked like chewing gum stuck to it.
to pay and said I have a blue light card to be told I couldn’t use it as it’s bank holiday .
So we just paid and left .
Not like it used to be
Gone downhill since started using the Temple street and Arcadian sites in Birmingham went yesterday for mothers day to the arcadian one no margarita which stated you get one on the website. Everytime you go the menus changed and options get less then when you ask for anything usually sold out. We decided yesterday not to use again shame because it used to be great but i suppose things have changed since the economy has gone downhill too.

Food was OK, but we were refused a window table, even tho' there were several available. 'Too far for waiter to walk' Sulkily moved from table by the toilet at our request, but not to a window table.
Southampton branch were fantastic
Southampton branch: booked for a party of 10 to celebrate our disabled son’s 18th birthday. Staff were excellent, chef had provided a blended curry and birthday brownie with candle. Service was attentive and timely. Food was very good as too drinks / cocktails. Thank you for understanding our needs and making our night memorable and enjoyable.

Reading, Oracle:
Tried to book a table in the Reading, Oracle, branch last night and was greeted by a abrupt and rather rude slim, grey-haired man who refused us the bottomless brunch option, saying only a la carte was available (the brunch option IS available, and bookable for any time online). He then walked away. We left and ate elsewhere.
The online offer to 'Join the Las Iguanas Mailing List & get £10 off when you spend £30.' didn't work. I tried twice and two friends also tried however none of us received the email with the offer/voucher.
Terrible experience all round. We won' be returning.
