Hi Karen, I can assure you it is not a scam. I am sorry if it has been a bit more bureaucratic that you would like and I am happy to take up your individual case for you. However, these checks are put in place to protect you, the customer, as we do sadly have cases where IDs are stolen and fraudsters try to use stolen cards etc to deposit on our site. As a responsible operator we have to guard against that. Occasionally it can lead to frustrations for legitimate players such as yourself. Very annoyed with this casino las vegas casino I've won money I withdrawed it nearly 6 weeks ago still waiting. Keep being told its being handled but the weeks just keep going by and nothing seems to be sorted they say they have customer support to help the users but not once have I been helped every time I've messaged them.

Atrocious. Deposited a significant amount but when I made a withdrawal, they asked for verification docs which I provided and verified. Waited for a further 4 days and still, my withdrawal was on pending status. Went on their live chat which was of no help. I sent 3 emails to their support and security and they have not even bothered to reply. Guys, avoid this micky mouse casino.
