First visit to great clothing website.
First time I have visited this website , they had just what I was looking for , site easy to navigate and prices very good , I wanted a light weight scarf for holiday in hot climate , spoilt for colour choice , so I bought 3 items arrived very quickly and well packaged , would definately recommend .

I have bought many items of clothing from Laundry B Online and have always been incredibly please with every item I’ve purchased. I usually wear a size 20 and have never had an issue with any of the clothes being too tight . Highly recommended this company.

Same colour name-different shades!!
Be aware that although the same colour names are used for the garments, this does NOT mean that if you buy a mocha sweatshirt, it will match all other mocha items, (as I have learned to my cost in purchasing a sweatshirt and trousers to be worn as a set.
There is no facility to exchange either, so even contacting the company to explain this issue, their solution was: like it or lump it!
Disappointing.

We completely understand how important it is for pieces intended to be worn as a set to match as expected. While we do reuse colour names across products, this doesn’t always guarantee an exact shade match unless the items are part of the same coordinated collection. When pieces are designed to be a perfect match, they will share the same colour name within that collection. If items are in the same collection but don’t match exactly, we make sure they are named differently to avoid confusion.
Because we offer a wide range of styles and tones, it’s not always possible to create different shade names for every variation — many pieces are designed to be tonal rather than identical. To help with styling, we also provide a “shop the look” and a "you may also like' feature on our website, where we group items that pair well together, including those that are complementary or closely matched in tone.
In this situation, an exchange wouldn’t have resolved the issue, as a replacement would be the same item with the same shade. However, we would have been more than happy to offer a full refund if that was your preference.
We’re sorry again that this wasn’t clearer at the time of your purchase, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Team@Laundryb
