Brilliant
I have very specific needs due to disability & being a wheelchair user. At Laundry B I feel I have found my home. Although I do wish I could still wear trousers but have placed several orders in the last 2 weeks & I love everything. All comfy,edgy clothes that combine to make a great capsule wardrobe...just need more skirts & dresses.

Not happy with postage costs
The service was great but I was not happy having to pay return postage costs and when I was re-imbursed Laundry B had deducted the free delivery cost from my bill so I paid for postage for delivery and postage for sending the item back - bring back the high street where you don't have to pay to try things on

I bought some lovely socks from Laundry B, they were just what I was looking for and the materials are good quality and the fit not too tight and the cosy ones are very cosy, they were delivered promptly and were well packaged too. I thought the delivery price was very reasonable and as such if I had to make a return I` would expect to pay for return postage costs, I think that happens a lot these days and is not unusual, especially for small companies. Be aware of charges for returning garments
I ordered from this company as I loved the look of their designs. I paid £3.99 postage and I have to send the product back as they don't fit well and having to pay to return the item. So in effect this has cost me nearly £10 just to try the garment on! I have had discussion via email but will not back down on return postage. So BE AWARE if you order from this company and have to return you will have to pay nearly £10 pounds in postage just to try the garment on. I don't mind paying for postage to buy things. But think returns should be included. Not impressed with the garment quality either.

Ordered in sale had to send it all back as not any good. Cost me £10.90 for delivery and returns, non fit for purpose, so angry, reply from customers service shit 😒 update. I have now had a reply from laundry b, thankyou but still not resolving the cost of returning the goods
