Really can't fault their service. I'm disabled and couldn't pack the bag so they did it for me at the door. Very polite and friendly collection/delivery chap I will definitely use again.

The service was great and prompt

sent a puffer jacket to Laundrylite, which was clearly listed as £25 on their website. After the service, I was suddenly charged £50, with the explanation that the jacket was a “designer item.” At no point was I informed of this before being charged, and there was no published list of designer brands to justify the price difference.

I reached out several times via their WhatsApp customer service channel but received no reply or follow-up. Extremely disappointing experience — unclear pricing, poor communication, and zero accountability. I won’t be using them again.

Ruined my designer suit.

I have no idea why they chose to ignore my instructions and the labels, but they managed to wash my suit (as well as duvet, and vintage skirt). You can imagine my shock when my 'dry cleaning' was returned to me in crumpled bags - including a suit worth £1000. When I initially pointed this out they stated that they could 'redo' by dry-cleaning again- which is not the point, as the suit has now been shrunk beyond repair and the fibres in all of my garments damaged. At no point so far have they acknowledged their negligence or the fact that they have damaged my items. There is clearly something missing in their process - I have no idea how this managed to get through their system.

I had two suits dry cleaned and I asked for a hem alteration on one pair of trousers. The dry cleaning was done perfectly, but the alteration was missed because the order was added on afterwards - a simple mistake.
When I followed up about it, there was no problem. LaundryLite came to pick up my trousers and had them altered quickly without charging me. The person I interacted with was polite and took my situation seriously. Nobody gets everything perfect, but I respect people who take responsibility. By fixing the issue quickly and carefully, they gained a happy customer. I'd definitely use them again.

An excellent cleaning service that provides a 24 hour return of impeccably cleaned articles at a very competitive price. A favourite bedspread of mine that is too big for my machine always comes back immaculately finished, especially the edges that accumulate dust and grime from the hard bedroom floor.
It's so easy and convenient to order a pick up online, which is collected within an hour or so and delivered 24 hours later.
This company takes the fuss and hard work out of my cleaning programme. Thank you so much. H London

I've met almost all of the service staff, or at least, the majority of staple workers who are most frequently working there, and they are very nice people, the service is very accommodating, they are very understand and provide a very practical service, especially to those who lack consistent schedules!

Constantly late/no show for delivery and pick up.

Today took the biscuit when I received a no show and then a load of lies and obfuscation when I tried to find out what had gone wrong. Wasted an entire morning. It would have been quicker and less hassle to take it to the launderette myself.

Total a-holes who should not offer a service they can't deliver.

I would need my Laundry sorted quickly. They provided excellent quote and more how delivered back the stuff on time. Highly recommended
