an emperor size bed
We wanted an emperor size bed, after some shopping around, I am really glad that we decided to purchase it from Lavida. Bed arrived on time with 2 professional friendly stuff and despite the huge size they put up in less than an hour. Brilliant quality and very friendly and professional service as I had to ask probably 200 questions 😃 before placing the order.
I am a forever customer and looking forward to the new sofa line that they mentioned to me.

We absolutely love our bed
We absolutely love our bed, it is really well made and the colour is gorgeous. The delivery and assembly was super quick, the guys were very friendly and professional.

Such a gorgeous bed
Such a gorgeous bed. I went for the Malia in cream Naples. I love it. Date of despatch was as confirmed & delivery was on time. Delivery driver put the bed up really quickly & efficiently & was lovely & friendly. Bed looks amazing & super luxurious. Really happy with Lavida Beds.

Amazing service and beds
The service was amazing they answered all messages and questions quickly.
They delivered the beds very fast and always called or messaged to say how long they would be. They assembled the beds which is just the best as I bought x3 beds and wouldn’t know where to start. All 3 beds are beautifully made, me and my girls love them!

Fantastic bed, great delivery and installation, very impressed.
The quality of the bed is amazing for the price.
Delivery drivers were very professional and friendly.
The only issue I had was I had to chase delivery. Didn’t get a response to my email but someone got straight back to me via the online chat.

Highly Recommend.
Bed is exactly as pictured and great quality. Ordered bed with ottoman base which is in itself, and the bed as a whole, VERY sturdy! Got the bed on a FREE delivery and assembly deal within 7-14 days. The bed came exactly 2 weeks after ordering and the two guys carried the bed upto my 2nd Floor flat and had the bed together very quickly. The whole delivery/assembly process was around an hour and the guys were so helpful and friendly. Highly Recommend. Only VERY SMALL con is that they cannot take the waste packaging - and there's quite a lot of it!

Fantastic Service!
Extremely fast delivery - the bed arrived within 6 days and we didn’t even pay for expedited delivery. Bed was assembled quickly and the quality is fantastic. We would highly recommend Lavida Beds and will definitely use them again in the future.

Would like to say a massive thank you to Lavida beds for they're fantastic customer service!! The delivery guys even took they’re shoes off at the front door, and you don’t get that with many companies!! Shows great respect🙌🏼
For the bed it is absolutely everything we dreamed off and matches the whole interior of the house.

The bed is beautiful and very happy with purchase. Customer service is amazing always on the live chat for help. I would have found it helpful having instructions of what do to first with putting the bed together, although it might be self explanatory when not doing it all day everyday instructions are helpful.

We install most of the fixing to our ottoman beds from the factory so the assembly is much easier for our customers but we do understand that the instruction paper is not good enough so we are currently working on a video which will be available very soon!
