Lawn Love Avis 

LAWN LOVE found us a great lawn maintenance company, URBAN LAWN PROS, for our challenging country yard and they mowed and weed eated and bush trimmed their very first time when our yard was 2' high in some places! They came back yesterday and did a superb job! We would highly recommend both companies!

Lawn Love actually shows up and does the job they say they will, something that is becoming increasingly rare in this industry. If for some reason they are delayed they always contact me to let me know and actually reschedule instead of saying they'll be there shortly, never show, leaving the yard uncut. I'm even allowed to view the job and decide if I'm satisfied with the work before I pay instead of being forced to prepay and left with a job half done. Very happy with this company and their services.

What made my experience so excellent was my professional , we areone day off from having the same birthday. Talking to that fellow American was a pleasure we had lots in common, after talking about 5 minutes I think we agreed we may be friends for life, brothers from different mothers, both southern Americans, having a few laughs together, I hope my mower stays the same and I look forward to the next time he services my lawn at 5621 e. ROOSEVELT Road in little Rock 72206, we are probably friends for life. So professional look forward to next service, he showed up with enough equipment to service 10 yards my size, and I could tell he was 100% a professional ready to Handel any of the other services that lawn love has for me to pick on the app. If I need he was well equipped to Handel every service offered on the lawnlove app. Outstanding.

My experience has been nothing less than GREAT!! The app makes contacting our pro, getting quick quotes to add services, skip/change service dates etc so easy! The quality of service is amazing and pricing is very reasonable! I recommend Lawn Love to everyone looking for landscaping services :)

Overall, the service and staff have been incredibly helpful. I faced some issues with the Pros and considered dropping the service, but the staff promised to do everything they could to improve my experience, and things have turned out much better since then.

Everything was done well. Dorothea did exactly what she said she would do and she did it well. Dependability and doing a job well is not always the norm these days. What a delight to have someone who follows through.

The guys that came out to mow the lawn were great. They did a good job. The only thing is for me the service is too expensive - everything else about your company was good.

I use lawn love to manage my family's property. The app is easy to use and the servicers I've been matched with are amazing!!! The chat feature is very helpful. The only feedback I would give is making sure that the customer service reps (when I had to call) are familiar with lawn care.

Friendly, efficient and nicely done!

This service helped me find a great company to mow the lawn of a home my company rents in Forth Worth. I am in Utah, and have very limited connections in the area. I have been very satisfied with the professional who took on our job. He is great at communicating and has been very honest with me about the services. He provided before and after photos the first time he came. He offered a custom pest control quote per my request, and after the second service let me know that there haven't been any signs of pests, so we can cancel now if we want to. I really appreciate that and plan to keep them mowing for us for a long time.
One thing I don't love about Lawn Love is that they are pushy about leaving a review and tip for a few days after each service. I don't tip because I feel like $58 for lawn mowing is plenty already. Lawn Love will provide a $1-2 tip if you leave a detailed review of the service provided. This is tricky for someone who lives out of state, but if I get feedback from the tenant, I will sometimes leave a review.

Moved in a new house. Looked for days for someone to cut small front yard and sides of house. It was very confusing THEN I found the Lawn Love site and downloaded the app. It took me literally no time at all to set up my service. They helped me every step. Sent Jerry to my house and now on about the 4th biweekly cut. Could not be happier. Try it!! You won’t be sorry
