Helpful for non-local homeowners

This service helped me find a great company to mow the lawn of a home my company rents in Forth Worth. I am in Utah, and have very limited connections in the area. I have been very satisfied with the professional who took on our job. He is great at communicating and has been very honest with me about the services. He provided before and after photos the first time he came. He offered a custom pest control quote per my request, and after the second service let me know that there haven't been any signs of pests, so we can cancel now if we want to. I really appreciate that and plan to keep them mowing for us for a long time.
One thing I don't love about Lawn Love is that they are pushy about leaving a review and tip for a few days after each service. I don't tip because I feel like $58 for lawn mowing is plenty already. Lawn Love will provide a $1-2 tip if you leave a detailed review of the service provided. This is tricky for someone who lives out of state, but if I get feedback from the tenant, I will sometimes leave a review.

Moved in a new house

Moved in a new house. Looked for days for someone to cut small front yard and sides of house. It was very confusing THEN I found the Lawn Love site and downloaded the app. It took me literally no time at all to set up my service. They helped me every step. Sent Jerry to my house and now on about the 4th biweekly cut. Could not be happier. Try it!! You won’t be sorry

Love lawn middle man scam

Love lawn, love grass or whatever they decide to call themselves are a pop up middle man company.
They are based in Tennessee and don't have any actual landscapers. Once you sign up they search in your area for an independent contractor and send a stranger to your private residence literally not knowing how they work or if they even know what they're doing.
They pushed our first mow out 2 weeks to try to charge for the added grass height for the first mow. Once they mow once, your on the hook for 3 mows even if you're not satisfied with the work ensuring they get almost $300 out of each person that signs up.
They don't make cancelling easy as they all claim they're unable to do it and transfer you back to the main menu. I had to call 3 times to finally cancel. Very frustrating as I'm 99% sure they're all sitting in a tiny leased space running this "business" in Tennessee.
Bbb confirmed they're an awful company.
A lot of these types of companies are popping up. Do your research and be sure to look on the BBB before you sign up for any online company.
We are having the bank monitor our card as we cancelled before they had a chance to send a unqualified stranger to our house. We cancelled before the first mow. Do your research and make good decisions. Lots of scammers out there. I'm quite sure Love lawn has multiple alias's online. You've been warned!

Top Notch Lawn Care Experts

So far our experience with Lawn Love has been fantastic. They communicate well, are priced competitively and do excellent work. I also like the app and how easy it is to see and purchase additional yard work. It's better than a lot of others because it removes the time spent reading reviews and considering the decision. Definitely recommend Lawn Love.

They have hidden conditions that not…

They have hidden conditions that not telling at the moment to do the first cut. They just charge you the double price if all the grass is not under 9 inch....is obviously that at the first cut the grass is gonna be a little high, but it just grass, machines are doing to cut grass...and at at first attempt....they don't need to do it twice...abused i feel at the end. If I have the information before they cut my grass I wouldn't take the service. And other thing...they promise to cut the grass for first time for 19...is a lie too...because it need to be under 6 inches....same situation....must recently have being cut the grass a week before you call lawn service to cut your grass....ridiculous.....

Austin's Doing a Great Job!

Austin, our lawn maintenance person has been doing a great job for us over the first month of our interaction with Lawn Love. He's meticulous in his care of our lawn around some of our delicate plants & exterior structures, and the lawn always looks exceptional upon his departure.

I hired this service to do my lawn bi…

I hired this service to do my lawn bi weekly. So far it’s been weeks and they assign a date and time and no one shows up. If you message support they don’t care. They just say someone will show up and no one shows up. Worse service. No existent service. Terrible customer service. No customer service. No accountability. Condones unreliability. Encourages their employees to not do work assigned to them. Accepts any excuse for a lawn service not being done. Avoid this company at all costs. They don’t even show up.

Marcus was here right on time

Marcus was here right on time. He mowed the front yard but was not able to mow the back yard because very recently a rabbit dug a burrow and had babies in it. I called a nature preserve who said don't mow because the babies need everything natural as can be. Marcus agreed it was not for the best to mow the backyard.

Company scam

I had a bi-weekly services with them for 1 of my property. Came back a month later to see my grass was over a feet long. Try to get a refund back from them for the last 2 services as it was clear that my lawn has not been cut for a month. Refund declined. Charge $65 twice for a total of $130. This is borderline fraud.

I have now reached out multiple times regarding the same issue, and the experience has been extremely frustrating.
Initially, I received a quote for a tree trimming request and was told that the quote was correct and that all I needed to do was approve it. However, I repeatedly pointed out that the quote did not appear to be for tree trimming at all. The wording suggested the service provider believed I was requesting lawn mowing services instead.
After several exchanges, the first representative finally acknowledged that there was an error and assured me that someone would follow up. Unfortunately, no follow-up ever occurred.
I then contacted support again and specifically asked whether the representative could review my previous conversation. I was told "yes," and yet I was once again informed that all I needed to do was approve the quote—the very same quote that had already been identified as incorrect in the prior conversation. If the previous chat had truly been reviewed, it should have been clear that the issue was not resolved.
At that point, I stated that I was willing to approve the quote but would keep a record of the conversation because something clearly seemed off and I wanted documentation in case issues arose later.
The bigger issue is that I have now been waiting well over a week for a simple tree trimming quote. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of communication and follow-through has been incredibly disappointing. No one has proactively attempted to resolve the situation or make things right. Instead, I am simply being told that the quote will be canceled and another one will be sent.
This entire experience has left me questioning whether I want to continue using Lawn Love as my lawn service provider. I expect better communication, accountability, and customer service than what I have received throughout this process.
This version is firm, professional, and likely to be taken more seriously by a customer service manager or escalation team.
