It’s a scam. I saw it on insta and ordered the 345 althea cream, but what I got was a big dupe. Harshly scented. When asked about it to the customer care, no return could be initiated.

This website is nothing but a joke, firstly when you’ll try or order they’ll show you the different amount and while checking out it’s different, second don’t get fooled by the products they show you, what you’ll receive gonna be worlds apart, do not order from this website.

I ordered two perfume sets worth around ₹1000, and guess what? They delivered only one! And that one set was a complete joke. What they show on the website and what they actually send are worlds apart.

The bottles were cheap, disposable plastic, some even half-empty, and every single one smelled identical — and awful! Not even close to what was advertised.

I raised my concern, sent multiple emails — and all I got in return were automated replies. No human response, no resolution, nothing.

This company is clearly scamming people left and right. Save your money and your sanity — stay far away!

It is a totally fake site , I ordered 10 mini perfumes. And all I got was roll on empty bottles

This company is fraud and scam.I ordered celimax vita A retinal booster worth 700rs.but company delivered me the other fake product and return option is not available. This website is totally fraud.I want to resolve this problem and refund me fast.

Complete scam! What one gets is laughable. Laughable because they are singing their way to the bank and even more laughable because what they send is well hysterical. I ordered the small 5 set perfume bottles because the ads were so interesting! What I got was small cheap plastic bottles, half filled with sickly sweet liquid. Bottles are filthy, leaking this terrible stink all over. Stay away ! Also DO NOT go on their ads. Misleading and how!

I have ordered 345 relief cream worth of 800 rupees but the product delivered was totally fake, the issue has got to their notice through mail for More than 20+ time, but theirs no response by their customer service, huge loss to the customers who believes thier advertisement like me.
Requesting them to refund the product or just stop cheating the customer, just to make money stop being cheap

Not only was I overcharged, but the product quality was non-existent. I demand a full refund immediately and expect the company to take responsibility for this fraudulent service.
Avoid this site at all costs unless you want to waste your money and deal with frustration.
This is not just poor service; it borders on fraudulent. I demand the following actions immediately:
1. Full refund of the amount paid.
2. A call back from your team to resolve this issue.
3. A written response to this email confirming the refund process and timeline.
If I do not receive a resolution within 48 hours, I will be forced to escalate this matter through consumer complaint channels and social media.

I ordered one cream from layeredlux beauty website from instagram and it's cost 799, they showed original product on vedio but received totally different product I have mailed them for refund but there is no response from them it's very disappointing.

This is a completey fake website. I ordered 345 relief cream of 800 rupees. But I received totally fake product. I raised complain and emailed more than 10 timess .and told them to refund or resend me original.
I ordered it from Instagram add. But I get totally different fake tubes. Don't trust this website and don't buy anything from here. We alla re disappoint from their services. They showed us original product but delivered totally fake item. And after that they even don't admit their mistakes and don't respond to emails.

Quality is really cheap. The packaging was extremely bad. By the time, the perfumes reached two bottles or half empty as they had leaked. Also the bottles look used.
