Scam business.. I ordered the mini perfume but when got the product was totally different then what they showed in video second thing half of the perfume was not there the bottles vr empty.. full scam please don't order any single thing from this and in refund trying to upload the video doesn't allow me to do so..

I placed an order for a Retinal Shot tightening booster from their website on 1st Sep 2025 and subsequently got the delivery on 2nd Sep 2025 at 5:00 pm. To my surprise the product which was delivered is completely different from what was shown on website. I had to pay Rs. 699/- for a complete fake product and subsequently sent out an email to their support team to refund my amount.

This is a complete scam, they do not deliver what they advertise. They show misleading advertisement for mini perfumes and then deliver mini rollons and what not which are not close to any perfumes, let alone luxury perfume. I tried to reach out and raise a complaint via email but to no avail and now they have stopped responding. Such companies should be reported to consumer helpline and strict action shoule be taken so they cannot scam others

This is a fraud business. I ordered 10 mini perfumes. They sent only 5 and that too damaged and all the perfume was used.
Their customer service is also shitty, they just keep on sending one email. No response on the refund and their bloody page says “hassle free returns “. Are you selling bullshit ?? Perfumes also smelled shit. They are just scamming people with their fake reviews and AI generated fake images. Big Fraud

Cheaters scammers fraud they have cheated so many people I one of them I request everybody don't buy anything from there and request govt to take necessary legal actions against them

FRAUD COMPANY! Stay away! They don’t even have a contact number to reach out, only email which they conveniently decide not to respond to.

Total scam, very disappointed ordered the product online and received some fake cheap cream not worth rupees 100. No customer care number. Sent a mail waiting for response.

Pathetic experience. Paid for 10 got 5. They smell yuck. Such a bad quality packing. When wrote to them, the email bounces back. They are just looting money. Why is thier website even active. Please block and report such fraudsters.

Extremely disappointing experience. This company appears to be running a scam, preying on people’s hard-earned money. I received five bottles—each half empty and with an extremely harsh, unpleasant odor. This is outright fraud. Despite multiple emails, all I’ve received are generic, copy-paste responses, with no resolution or refund offered. I will absolutely be filing a consumer complaint. Avoid this scam at all costs.

Worst experience ever with Layered Luxury. I ordered the Mini Luxury Perfumes for ₹800, and what I received was nothing but chemical water in attar bottles – absolutely fake and fraudulent! I’ve emailed them multiple times and received no response. They claim to have a refund and exchange policy, but it’s a complete scam – no refund, no exchange, no customer support, no contact info.

If I don’t get a response and a refund ASAP, I’m going to file a consumer court case for fraud and misrepresentation. This is a warning – your silence and negligence will cost you legally.

I have ordered for 2 packs of perfumes with 5 mini bottles recived only 1 pack with 5 local duplicate bottles even the bottles are of low quality plastics

They do not have any contact number and no response on email nor their is any option for return though the policy says return available

I have been cheated I have ordered 5 miniature perfumes and I have been delivered 5 plastic bottles with all leakage perfumes that too very bad smell.
