My friend was having a small get together for her husbands birthday. When you first arrive at the Central Station hotel has a sign to pay to park or you will be fined $75.00 dollars. Well doing the right thing, I paid $41.91 for a entire day which was not needed because i was only there for a few hours with my friends. However once inside i was advised i did not have to pay unless I was staying overnight. I asked the front desk staff how i could go about getting a refund. they advised me to contact Harold Brown with LAZ parking and they would be able to issue refund. i emailed that day within minutes of being advised this information. I heard back on that following Monday that parking was not free. I advised him that no one paid to park but me and others that arrived never paid and he was losing money. he said they would all be fined $75.00 dollars. I explained this is impossible because you have to register your tags to pay. I explained he was losing a lot of money daily if that was the case because no one from the group paid but me. i still asked for a refund many times and denied each time. i even asked if part could be refunded. Also denied. I had the worse experience with Harold Brown. I still would like a refund please as this is not right to penalize me for doing the right thing but your losing hundreds of dollars a day by others not doing the right thing. I would never recommend this parking company as they care more about money than doing what is actually right.

I feel compelled to write this review…
I feel compelled to write this review after my recent experience at LAZ Parking BWI/ MARC garage. Unfortunately, the service I received was far from satisfactory.
The both attendant and the operational manager were both unprofessional and defensive when I approached them about damage to my car that occurred while parked in the garage. I simply asked two straightforward questions: the corporate phone number for further assistance, and whether anyone had left a note regarding the damage or if the cameras had recorded the incident.
Instead of receiving help, I was met with hostility and a quick dismissal of my concerns. Their response was essentially, "We're not responsible for the damage," despite the clearly posted signs. I have insurance to cover the claim, but that wasn't my main inquiry. I just wanted clear answers, which I was unable to get.
The lack of customer service and unwillingness to address my questions is disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend parking in this garage. It’s unfortunate, as I’ve used this facility for years, but I can’t trust it after such an encounter.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your customer service moving forward.
Valet caused damage
Do not use their valet services. I used the valet service at GSP airport. When I returned to my car, I immediately saw that one of my tires was damaged (likely from hitting a curb). I notified the attendant and he said it’s no big deal because there wasn’t any body damage. He said he would take a picture to document. He walked back towards the booth (I assumed to get a phone or tablet to take a picture with). While he was doing this, I loaded my bag. When I turned back around, he was gone. I asked another employee where he went and he told me he left to go get another car.
Apparently their policy is that when you report damage, they will literally run away to avoid any accountability.
NIGHTMARE
What was supposed to be EASY was a nightmare. Way too expensive (although I knew the cost) but getting into and out of the lost was HORRIBLE. The QR code, on both my phone AND on paper, did not work. I had to call for assistance. On the way in, the staff member clearly did not understand English and had to get help to let me in. On the way out, I had to call again and (thankfully) the staff member let me out after I gave her all kinds of personal information. The system is currently FLAWED and not recommended. And many other reviews are just as bad.
Avoid this place at all cost
Avoid this place at all cost. I drove around for an hour looking for this parking garage, the only thing there, was barriers due to construction and no entrance. I called the company and got no help. I had to drive to LaGuardia and park at the airport.

I, unfortunately lost my ticket which I recognize is my fault. But, I was at the orthopedic spine doctor and I fell over 2 or 3 times. So, I put all of my extra stuff down and just placed the necessary stuff in my pockets. I accidentally left my ticket in the cray location. However, I had in cash and 1 dollar and the rest coins and the person on the phone said I have to call someone to bring me money. He also said you will have to find someone to borrow the money from because we don’t take coins. But, I have the amount I need to pay, but I didn’t have my wallet or anything. I accidentally left it at home. Again, that’s on me, but they had no compassion or consideration that mistake happen. Also, keep in mind, that my husband was going into emergency surgery literally across the street at St Mary’s hospital and my children are in school so I trying to figure out how I can pay and get out and they don’t want to help. He told me to go talk to someone in the booth near the exit. There is no booth near the exit. Also, it does not say no coins when you come in. I literally had the money, but could not get out because they don’t take coins. But even still the person who I spoke with said you are just going to be stuck there until you get the money. I asked for a number to call trying to see if they could send somebody over and I give them my money and they lift the gate just so I could leave to go get my children from school and then get back to the hospital and they said look it up online. Since he would not give it to me, I did try and there was NO local # listed for the St. Louis area. I was at the st Mary’s location on Bellevue. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Lazy is the correct name for this company. Horrible customer service !!!!
Ridiculous
The experience with this company is dissatisfying. If you are timed for 2 hours… make sure you are literally off the premises because they will charge you an arm and leg for being on their lot over the given time. EVEN if you are in your car. Literally your car needs to be OFF the premises!!! Because your time ends when your vehicle rolls off the lot.
Poor payment choices, instructions, and execution.
The ticket printed at the garage entrance to the Pearl in San Antonio only discloses one payment method, text "PAY" to indicated number. Unfortunately, after entering all of your information to the linked site in a text, you get a blank screen without verification payment has been made and no instructions on what you will need to exit. Fortunately, there happened to be an attendant, albeit very unfriendly, that was able to let me out of the garage. This is not rocket science to improve. Perhaps benchmarking against other parking companies that handle this well would be helpful.

This company LAZ 7000 SW 62nd Ave Miami Florida 33143, which provides parking services to a medical facility, tried to charge us $25.00 for one hour and 22 minutes. I have never seen such a rate. We have a disabled sticker. My wife is in a wheelchair and it seems abusive and EVIL to charge that much to sick people who need to go to the doctor. I accept $10.00, which is expensive but tolerable in the end. However, $25.00 is ROBBERY and abusive.

I have been going to this hospital for 5 years. I had all three of my children here, and all of our doctors are based here. However, for the third time, I was treated very poorly, and today I feel the need to speak up about an employee who treated me with clear prejudice.
I was alone with a child and a baby because I had a 7:30 AM appointment. I arrived early at 6:05 AM and decided to wait in the car for about 30 minutes. After only 15 minutes, a Laz Parking employee approached me rudely and told me I had to leave or hand over the car. I explained that I would only be a short while, and that my car wasn’t blocking anyone where I was parked. Still, I was forced to take my kids out of the car and give the keys to the valet.
When I came back, he had parked my car in the middle of the driveway. I asked if he could move it closer to the curb so I could safely put my children inside, but he refused and was rude again. When you’re with kids, it takes longer to get in and out of the car — we have bags, a stroller, car seats, and everything else moms have to carry. He left my children in a vulnerable position where cars were passing by.
This hospital has very poorly trained staff for a place where newborns and post-surgery patients are constantly coming and going. Please take this seriously. Next time, I will call the police for racial discrimination.
Nashville LAZ Parking lot
Nashville - Paid for 4 hours. Ran late but there is no way to add time to your license plate using their app or website. Of course, got the "citation". Happy to pay for the time I was actually there but that doesn't happen with them unless you scan the QR code in the lot. Not a good set-up for someone visiting the Nashville area.

Slowest parking lot in the history of time. We waited more than 30 minutes while other people who came after us got their cars sooner.
AVOID LAZ PARKING AND PRRS AT ALL COST!
Avoid parking in a LAZ Parking facility at all cost. They contract with a 3rd party company called PRRS for collections if you are late getting back to your car. Your fine will be excessive and predatory and they do not negotiate. This is a sleazy and unprofessional company. AVOID AT ALL COST!!
