After being so pleased with the lazylawn installed at our previous address, we decided to have it again when we downsized. Great service from the company in Oakham, Leics . Installers were efficient , tidy and friendly. The lawn finished off our new garden , maintenance is easy, can be used in all weather's, and it has not stopped the wildlife. Another great job! Thank you to all the team.

I can not recommend Lazy Lawn enough! Super professional. I hired another company who basically made a mess of my garden and did a terrible job but these guys came in and fixed it all! I have had so many compliments. They arrived when they said they would, did what I asked and what was agreed. Reasonable price. Great service. I would highly recommend Lax and his crew:

I initially chose to investigate Lazy Lawn due to its strong review in Which Magazine. I cannot speak to the quality of their product, however, as we never got that far...

As an aside, while one can't fault friendly service, as a potential customer and in my fifties, I find it mildy irksome and overfamiliar to be called 'my man' and 'mate' every sentence as if we've been best mates down the pub for the last 20 years, but perhaps it's just a sign of the times...

Anyway, I agreed to a time with their sales rep. for his scoping visit to our property. The sales rep promptly forgot what time we'd agreed and contacted me again the following day to ask what time he was supposed to be coming.

We confirmed the time. Again.

Later that evening (after 2130hrs) and indeed the night before our appointment, I received a further text message to say that he would in fact be attending a different job in Hammersmith at our agreed time, and asked to change it...

When I enquired as to whether I could expect this level of service and fly-by-night approach if we were to hire Lazy Lawn to install their product, I expected to see a degree of contrition and then for us to move forward. Rather than reading the mood music and taking his approach a little more seriously, however, I received by return three emojis including two crying laughing faces, followed by by a comment about me being a 'witty gentleman'.

Given that I'm not his mate, nor indeed 12 years old, I decided to discontinue the communication.

By way of postscript, I called Lazy Lawn's 'Customer Services' the following day to let them know that I'd been let down and wasn't entirely impressed with their sale's rep's attitude, but was informed that he's a nice guy because he brings the people in the office cake every time he visits... Despite this slightly odd attempt to exculpate his behaviour, I persevered and asked whether it might be possible to deal with another rep as I'd still like to install their product.

The Customer Services agent agreed to contact me the following day, but also made a slightly odd/mildly threatening comment that sometimes they choose not to work with some customers if they don't like them.

Given that I was polite and was in fact trying to do them a favour by highlighting a concern with the haphazard and disrespectful approach by their rep (they won't know what's going on if they don't get feedback), I didn't expect to be made to feel awkward and that I might be considered the problem when in fact I had been messed about.

As it happens, I never received the call back.

Against my better judgement, I thought I'd try one more time and called back again the following week and spoke to another agent who said they'd get the original agent to call me back. It's now nearly a week on and I've still heard nothing.

Lazy Lawn seems to have closed ranks for some inexplicable/inexcusable reason and appear to be avoiding contact which is extremely unprofessional, childish and rude.

I'm taking my business elsewhere and would advise anyone else to do the same given Lazy Lawn's apparently poor attitude, unreliability and disdain for their potential customers.

As an aside, my neighbour is also looking to install an artificial lawn and was waiting to see how ours turned out. They too will be looking elsewhere now. Ditto my parents. That's three easy and almost guaranteed customers and contracts lost.

Unimpressed. Unimpressive.

Lazy Lawn Derby fitted our artificial grass and we're more than happy with the result. We have a fair size garden and so it was a big job. Nevertheless, the job was done in just one and a half days. The team were very helpful and knowledgeable, and they tidied up after themselves every day. I would highly recommend Lazy Lawn to anyone who wants to transform their garden.

We had a lawn laid in June which had worn after 1 month, I contacted lazy lawns in July and was told they would relay it with a better quality grass which we had paid for but despite numerous promises we are still waiting and have now discovered the man who laid it has left the company and left us with the faulty grass. We are OAP who cannot afford to replace it.

I had Lazylawn installed a while ago and it’s as good as the day it was installed. The service from Hannah and Josh was excellent and I would definitely recommend this company.

Having spoke to Daniel yesterday, he said he was in the area relatively close to me and he would call this afternoon.

I have waited in all afternoon, I text him and asked if he was still calling as time was getting on.

He didn't have the decency to phone or message to say he could not attend. It would have been good to know early enough, which would have enabled me to do something else with my time, instead of wasting it waiting for him to turn up!!!!!

Please read Before you purchase from Lazy Lawn. I had 3d grass fitted by Daniel Morris on behalf of Lazy Lawn in June of 2020 at a cost of £2500. The guys turned up and were professional and polite. After 6 months of fitting the garden become to sink in parts and Daniel came back and wacker plated over the top which did make and improvement. However after a couple of months it became much worse. I contacted Lazy Lawn and they basically said nothing to do with them and I had to speak with the installer ??? but I purchased through Lazy Lawn so just palming me off. The installer was supposed to come out and sort but has been putting me off again and again. You always know how good a company is when things go wrong and now I'm going to take this further to the ombudsmun. If you live in the south wales area stay away from Daniel he does not care about you or your garden just happy to take your money.

Im happy to advise that Head Office Lazy Lawn has come back out and relayed the grass and im so happy with it. This was clearly an issue with the original fitter. Thank you.

We approached Foxhills Landscaping of Ottershaw interested in an artificial lawn to be placed at the rear of our garden. This after several attempts of turning an unsightly piece of ground into a little paradise. Greg and Ollie, although busy, responded to our request. We had explained it was not a large normal lawn, more intricate and probably smaller that what they were used to. They were still interested!
A few days later, whilst passing, asked could they call in and see what was required, stating they preferred an on site visit, we were pleased with this suggestion. A few previous enquiries, a selection of trades people/numerous jobs, had required WE measured the areas ourselves!! So not impressed.
Whilst explaining to Greg what we hoped to achieve, could see immediately he was seeing what wanted, his vision was 'ours' and enthusiastically made a few suggestions which could only enhance our project.
Several choices of lawn samples they had brought and we chose the Signature lawn, and In all honesty we rather ignorant expecting it to be laid with little preparation.
The ground was prepared by lifting the soil where the new lawn was to be placed. It was marked out, stones placed plus a finer layer, in between rolled, raked and pressed down flat, and some. Ollie was amazing with the wheel barrow and displayed a fine line in hats.
This whole process was carried out extremely professionally. Few questions asked and resolved immediately, Greg also altered a curve to be aligned to match the other area, because 'he thought it would look better' and it did. His expertise was exceptional.
We were thrilled to have had such a change to our garden, after sixteen years, never dreaming it would look as stunning as it does with little hassle. The end result is perfection.
It was a joy and pleasure to have Greg and Ollie in our home, and would highly recommend this company.

Lak and his team at LazyLawn were incredible from start to finish! Lak was very enthusiastic from the very beginning when I contacted him whereas Mason from Easigrass who I have also been in touch with was flakey and not very helpful. Lak and his team installed LazyLawn on a very rainy and muddy day. Yet there wasn't a single spot of mud left in the house after they left. They were efficient, quick, clean, reliable and just GREAT OVERALL! Our lawn looks amazing. Our dog and baby love it! Highly recommend!

Requested some samples in March 2021, no email acknowledgement received but samples arrived a while later. Went on website in April 2021 to order one of the sample products but it wasn't there. They tell me the product has been discontinued. I wouldn't mind if I had left it ages before trying to order. The product in question is still part of the sample pack.

Right from the start Lak from A's Lawns was helpful, honest and friendly. He was flexible in offering me the right quote within my budget too. On the day Lak and his team arrived on time, and were very professional and efficient. The ground was prepared and the new lawn was laid within hours. It was installed perfectly including invisible joins. They tidied up after themselves too! All in all, I was very impressed. So glad now that our three-year old has a great space now to play on. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great service from start to finish, Lee was very professional, friendly and approachable and listened to exactly what we wanted. All communication was excellent .

Couldn’t imagine the lawn could have looked so great , beyond all expectations.

All completed in two days . On completion all the garden and drive way was cleaned, spotless, very professional.

lovley for a few months but soon became looking very flat in parts. When i enquired was told to expect it in busy areas! He wasnt interested. This was not mentioned prior the purchase.
Also we asked for a lawn suitable for dogs and good drainage as we were skeptical how it would fair with 3 doggies peeing . We were advised by peter at lazylawn his turf was perfect & he sold us a solution to use and advised to hose down once a week. Now this is the real problem..we hose now every day and no amount of special chemicals gets rid of doggy pee. So be warned especially if you want to sit out in your lovely garden . Also when the sun is hot remember the turf is 3 times hotter than a paving slab. You have to keep little paws or children off the lawn.

Just had artificial grass installed in my front and back garden by lazy lawn. I couldn't be more pleased with the job. William and Tam grafted so hard all week. They both did an excellent job, tidied up afterwards and left no mess. Excellent fitters, would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely for the first couple of years but doesn’t retain its appearance. Unfortunately flattens where walked on. Lazy Lawn weren’t interested and said it’s like a carpet and this will happen. Very disappointing.

Absolutely fantastic service. After being messed around for 7 weeks by grass warehouse. I got a refund and ordered from lazy lawn, same price and even better grass and thicker grass. Ordered on the Friday was delivered early Monday morning. Couldn’t be happier. The ladies on the phones were extremely helpful. Would highly recommend to any one. Thanks again lazy lawn.

Ordered the Lazy Lawn Trinity 38mm and it is excellent quality. Its really thick and the backing is a lot more durable by the looks of it against samples from other companies.

Deliver was when promiosed and I got a call that day saying what time it would arrive so overall impressed.

We had the lawn installed in December 2019 and the installation was generally ok. They were quick but weren't particularly careful about ensuring the edges were level and there was sand sprayed everywhere which they left for me to clean up. Once installed and cleaned up the lawn looks good and is enjoyably warm to walk upon.

The problem occurred last month during the summer May. The lawn was installed in a small West-facing garden fairly close to our house. During a particular hot day the sun has reflected from the rear window onto the lawn and melted a patch of it. At no point during installation was it mentioned that the reflection from a window could melt the grass but during a recent call with LazyLawn then apparently windows are the same as mirrors when it comes to the guarantee. As a result, LazyLawn say that it's not covered by the warranty as, presumably, I should have known the reflection from a window could melt the lawn. I asked if they wouldn't mind repairing the patch that has melted this time and I'll cover the grass on hot days in future but they weren't interested.

Overall, the lawn is nice but if you happen to have windows which face the afternoon sun and your lawn is anywhere near those windows then you might want to think again or just accept your lawn may melt.
