IObit Software Avis 39

Von diesem Kauf wird abgeraten – es handelt sich um einen Betrugsversuch. Bestellt wurde das Programm "Driver Booster PRO" (1 Jahr/1 PC). Es wurden keine zusätzlichen Nutzungsbedingungen erwähnt. Nach Ablauf von zwölf Monaten erhielt ich eine schriftliche Benachrichtigung darüber, dass der für die Verlängerung des Abonnements vorgesehene Betrag von meinem Bankkonto abgebucht wurde. Wie ist diese Entwicklung zu erklären? Auch hier war es mir nicht möglich, dieses "freundliche" Angebot abzulehnen.

I have successfully used Advanced SystemCare software for many years after seeing it recommended in a reputable computer mag. It seems to be part of IObit and comes with various IObit packages. I forgot to renew my subscription and reverted to the free version. Months later when checking my ASC account, I was offered special deal. I should have been warned by the count down timer. All the paperwork and payment seemed fine, though I was puzzled by individual emails and activation keys for each element of the package. Very clumsy. Then came iTop, which was offered as a free bonus (including a pdf package). I did not ask for them, but half a dozen iTop packages installed themselves and proceeded to daub pop-ups everywhere, making it difficult to do anything useful. I did at last manage to uninstall some iTop gremlins, and to delete the .exe files of others. A deep scan found and quarantined 2 trojans, but there do not seem to be any other bad effects. I have no idea if I have genuine ASC packages downloaded. My subscription dates have not been updated and still show expired. As I said, I have never had any trouble before with ASC or IObit before, maybe their secure security-package got hacked.

LLevo varios años con cuatro de sus programas con la version de pago y a mi me funcionan bien. por ponerle una pega aun siendo de pago le siguen poniendo publicidad pero no tan invasiva y hay que tener cuidado con las renovaciones automaticas, es mejor pagarlas por uno mismo, sale mas barato.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT download this. I started downloading this and using the software. while it was doing its first "scans" or whatever I looked up the reviews. When reading this i quickly went to delete it. When I did my pc started freaking out, getting spammed with notifications and my screen stared to drift off screen (not even kidding). Luckily I was able to uninstall it and run a virus check. I think i got to it just in time. But yeah, this is a virus at best and malware and worst. So yeah, do not download this under any circumstances.

M.E. betrügerische Masche. Auch ich habe über 500 Euro weiterhin durch verschiedene Abbuchungen aus England und den Niederlanden von meinen Girokonto abgebucht bekommen. Bis jetzt weiß ich nicht 100%ig, ob es mit IObit zu tun hat.
Nach all dem was ich an Bewertungen über IObit gelesen habe, deutet aber alles auf IObit hin. Habe Strafantrag gestellt. Im Übrigen hat meine Bank nach vielem hin und her (kostete mir viel Zeit) die Beträge zurückholen können.
Die Kündigungsbestätigung der Abos habe ich wiederholt angefordert und bis heute nicht, sowie
keine schlüssige Antworten erhalten .S. Bankabzüge
erhalten.
Facit: Finger weg, Rechtsweg einschlagen....

I ordered a package from IOBIT and even though they took my money they did not send me a link, or anything acknowledging I purchase it.
I have tried to contact them and nothing!
I would like to add that I contacted 2CheckOut.com and they found and corrected the problem. IOBIT should refer to this site on their support page!

Even if you paid for the software it will still be bloated with their offers on their other apps.

Il software ASC lo conosco ormai da anni , al principio sembrava tutto perfetto. Nell'ultimo anno di cui ho appena effettuato il rinnovo non sono piu' tanto soddisfatto . Principalmente perchè è impossibile da usare, si è continuamente assillati dalla pubblicità che ti propone nuovi ampliamente ad un programma che vendono per completo. Esempio la VPN che offrono gratis non dura un niente , per convicerti a comprarla a pagamento. Continui msg che indicano che il tuo PC è costantemente a rischio .Inoltre il programma è pesante ed occupa molto spazio. In definitiva quest'anno non ho fatto in tempo a disdire il rinnovo automatico . Con certezza il prossimo addebito sarà bloccato.

An individual called ‘Cicely’ from the iObit Support Team, keeps addressing an obvious malfunction and misleading issue from their software as ‘MY CONFUSION’ in a patronising way, so at this point I am actually very ‘CONFUSED’ as I do not understand what this individual is trying to do but whatever that might be, it has made me stop trusting iObit as a professional company after being a paying customer for almost 10 years and I have now stopped doing business with iObit.

I would give not a single star if it would be possible. After my paid license run off I got bombarded with advertisements to buy again. These disturbing ads are popping up while I'm working, watching movies, every time! Never experienced such awful nerve killing program. Not even possible to tell their support to stop that. I will deinstall it and go back to Revo Uninstaller.

Habe letztes Jahr ein Weihnachtsangebot (PRO-Lizenz) von IObit gekauft (ASC+DB+IMF+IU+SD+ISU) - Deutsch. Daraus war n i c h t ersichtlich, dass es sich um ein Abo handelt. Die Bezahlung lief über paddle.com. In der Zwischenzeit gibt es diesen Computer gar nicht mehr und auf dem neuen Computer wird es nicht weiter benutzt. Mit Schrecken habe ich am 05.12. festgestellt, dass mir dafür wieder Geld von meinem Konto abgebucht wird. Habe bis jetzt auch noch nicht gefunden, wo man dieses angebliche Abo kündigen kann. Das ist in meinen Augen Betrug und dafür ist selbst ein Stern zu viel. Ich kann nur warnen und Hände weg!

Olen jo vuosia käyttänyt Iobit/Malware Fighter, Advanced SystemCare, Uninstaller, Driver Booster.
Kaikki on toiminut loistavasti eikä ainoatakaan virusta ole ollut koneellani koska he estävät sen. Kiitos kehittäjille.

There is no normal way to cancel a subscription or turn off autorenewal of subscription. I will never use any IObit paid products in the future.

I have used Iobit over the years. Advanced system care used to be easy to use without to much fuss. I even paid a few times for the full version. What I have found out is that their iobit software is a memory hog. Any of its program that are attached to iobit are always running in the back ground taking up precious ram and memory. There software is more evasive than having a virus. Open one of their programs on your comp and expect spam in saying we are having a sale. I upgraded the last time to have performance monitor. What a mistake. You see it can tell you what's running what's slowing down your system accept it won't tell you that it's the one doing so. I would suggest looking at other software which does the same and actually helps your computer instead of causing it to run really really slow.

Advanced SystemCare 17 automatically resets your power mode to balanced mode, which needs to be removed, if it is not already in the balanced mode it is because the computer operator does not want it there.

Iobit arbeitet mit Betrug. Hatte den Software Aktualisierer installiert und mit der Installation ein weiteres Programm bekommen (iTop VPN) das ebenfalls mit Betrug arbeitet (Verstößt gegen die DSGVO).
Ließ sich nur schwer wieder entfernen. Kann beide Programme nicht empfehlen!

Bucht ab, obwohl keine Verlängerung bestellt war.

I downloaded and installed Driver Booster. After running it and updating several drivers it told me I had to reboot. I did and my computer would no longer boot up, no matter what I did. I had to boot in Safe Mode and run a restore to a point prior to the Driver Booster updates before I could boot up properly again. I would have given NO STARS for this review if that was possible. Anyone who does not know how to use Safe Mode and what a Restore Point is would have had to call a computer technician to repair their system. My review is a definite thumbs-DOWN.
