They try to renew without your approval and nobody helps you to cancel it. It is a scam company

compleat care fills up your drive so you have to reload windows to get your space back on your drive and then you gor to pay lots of mouney back to get your programs regstired agian dont use this program when you erase the recyle bin it fills up your ssd

WARNING - STAY CLEAR OF 10bit Software. I still cannot uninstall this software from my PC. Now, here is the funny or not so funny part. They recommend that the best way to 'Uninstall' their software is to 'Install' their 'Uninstall' software. Now bear with me for a moment. So that means, if you took their advice you would then have their uninstallable software as well as their Uninstaller which most likely won't work and can't be Uninstalled either. I'm sure all that is perfectly clear!!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid at all costs.

This company must be closing down and desperate for money, YOUR money. I went online and TRIED to turn OFF my automatic renewal they stick you with, but amazingly found NOTHING that worked to do so!! Been building computers for 30 years and if it was there, and worked, I'd of found it!!

Nothing.

Then I KEEP getting relentless emails almost daily that I STILL NEED TO PAY for their two programs, despite me TRYING to DC, and I even EMAILED them about this via their own email system. Nothing. It's like all communications that go to them are either ignored or automatically DELETED.

The credit card I had used for the earlier iObit purchases was upgraded and a new card and number nullified the old card iObit had use OR I'm sure they would have kept billing me into infinity, if I wanted their software or not.

I'm an old, single guy in failing health living on vapor, so not renewing their programs when I had another to replace theirs from a RESPONSIVE company, made not getting theirs a no-brainer.

THEN....... I get a "too good to be true" offer from them for 2 full years for the cost of one, unlimited computer seats.

I signed up for it and paid the $20, and it DID post to the card account, so they got their $20.

Normally, from ANY software company, the email from them WITH the new KEY CODE to activate said program comes almost immediately, but not with iObit.

Now, 4 days later, and 4 polite communications with them, NOTHING! No response, no key code, no new program DL link, ...... nothing. And I'm now out $20.

They took my money and gave me nothing despite having BEEN a good customer for years.

DO NOT USE iObit. There are better, often free programs to replace theirs, and once they get your credit card number they WILL charge you forever until you canx that card and replace it with a new card number.

Terrible business, signs of a failing business... who is committing online fraud.

DON'T USE DRIVER BOOSTER
Upon some time ago a friend of mine suggested me to use Driver booster to update my drivers, and so did I.
HUGE MISTAKE.
After updating all my drivers using pro with a key he gave me I restarted my pc and it corrupted my system files. In the end I needed to reset to factory my pc and reinstall windows. 0/10 Would never use again

I bought and used Driver Booster after seeing a positive review. It said I had a lot of drivers to update, so I let it lose. HUGE mistake.

It disabled my trackpad and buttons, and after hours of trying to fix it, I finally had to go back to an earlier restore point after uninstalling this awful program. Thank goodness that worked, but I lost an entire evening and some changes on my PC and must say to anyone reading this, DO NOT BUY OR USE THIS SOFTWARE!!

Vandaag IObit Driver Booster geprobeerd en ik zou deze software absoluut af raden. De gratis versie doet inderdaad mooi een update van je drivers, maar na de verplichte reboot van je computer beginnen de problemen.

Mijn netwerkkaart werkte plots gewoon niet meer. De oude driver terugzetten via de software, enkel mogelijk met de betalende pro versie van de software natuurlijk. Daar zit je dan zonder internet.

Manueel herstelpunt maken in Windows ging ook niet meer Driver Booster belet dat. Netwerkkaart verwijderen en dan rebooten om de driver automatisch opnieuw te installeren werkte ook niet meer, ook dat schijnt Driver Booster op één of andere manier tegen te houden. Ze proberen u echt bijna te verplichten van die pro versie te kopen die je €20 per jaar kost. Ik ben uiteindelijk bijna vier uur bezig geweest om het opgelost te krijgen, ondanks dat ik meer dan 25 jaar ervaring met computers en netwerken heb.

Habe nur meine Festplatte bei meinem PC ersetzt nun müsste ich die bereits bezahlten Lizenzen nochmals eine kaufen. Unglaublich.

Overall, I think this is a TERRIBLE company. However, I am a fan of a few of their products.

The good first:

Advanced System Care is pretty good. It does speed up my computer.
The screen recorder works very well.
The Smart Game Booster works well.
Uninstall works well.
A couple of their other programs work well, and seem to benefit my computer.

Now the BAD...

However, lately, I have gotten a bunch of update requests from the company, telling me to update my products. When I try to update them, my antivirus (from a VERY REPUTABLE company) tells me that their updates for many of their programs now contain VIRUSES. This is very dangerous, and completely unacceptable. First, it was just one. Then it was another, then another...like I said, dangerous and completely unacceptable.

When you try to get in touch with them, there is really no way to do that. When I have submitted a request for contact to them, it is routinely ignored. NO ONE will get in touch with you. You are completely on your own.

If you try to buy a product and it has not expired yet, you LOSE whatever time you had left on the product. Say for instance you buy Advanced System Care for a year. Three months later, they offer you a special that has ASC and, say 3 other programs in it. You buy it because it's a great deal, and you would like the other programs too. Well, you just lost your remaining 9 months on ASC. It resets it back to a new subscription, and you just lost your remaining time. You cannot get that time back.

Customer service is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to contact. Submit a request, and they will never contact you. There is no phone number, no email address, nothing. They take your money, and if you have a problem, you are on your own. Good luck.

I am actively looking for another company with similar products. Unless they address the issues here, I will not be doing business with them in the future.

I have been using Advanced SystemCare Pro together with Bitdefender. That combination worked fine. This year I bought their Advanced SystemCare Ultimate because, as they said, it includes the antivirus engine from Bitdefender and I was hoping that Ultimate would be lighter on system resources. This was a terrible decision. Most programs lag on loading, sometimes up to 15 seconds. Even Ultimate itself loads slowly

Ich nutze seit ein paar Wochen den Driver Booster von IObit, und bin sehr zufrieden damit.

Habe über Jahre Driver Genius genutzt, und wollte mal was anderes ausprobieren, und bin so zu IObits Driver Booster gekommen, und werde auch dabei bleiben.

Das Programm ist um ein vielfaches besser als Driver Genius je war, es bittet eine umfangreichere Treiber-Auswahl, und somit auch eine bessere Abdeckung aller Komponenten.

I think the program works... probably, but the constant up-selling and ads get very old. If you download their program, they will spam the crap out of your computer. I am a paid member for 6 years or so... its getting to the point where Im going to cancel its so bad. I go to their website, click on online feedback to give them, feedback, and their is no option to do that. Just forums and FAQs. Also when they spam your computer, they make it sound very scary with things like (YOU ARE EXPOSED). Ridiculous if you ask me and a company that may say anything to get your business. What is worse, when you try to cancel, forget it, you will spend an hour trying to figure it out.

Kurzübersicht über die Hauptfunktionen
Zwar bietet Windows selbst auch eine Deinstallationsroutine an, jedoch bietet IObits Uninstaller die Möglichkeit, gleich mehrere Programme auszuwählen und in einem Rutsch, also automatisch nacheinander zu deinstallieren. Dies ist bequem und kann ohne weiteres Zutun erfolgen, sodass nicht durchgängig auf den PC geachtet werden muss.
Zusätzlich bietet das Programm die Möglichkeit, Reste von Programmen zu erkennen, Bündelprogramme, also Programme, die gleich Zusatzprogramme mit installieren, zu entfernen, es bietet die Übersicht über selten genutzte Programme, über Browsererweiterungen und WindowsAPPs und mehr.

Meine Meinung:
Die Installation des Programmes selbst ist sehr einfach durchführbar.
Name und Größe aller installierten Programme werden immer angezeigt.
Die Übersicht über installierte Programmversionen erfolgt per rechter Maustaste über den Menüpunkt Details. Dies kann ein anderer Mitbewerber aus meiner Sicht besser, da es etwas mühselig ist bei jedem einzelnen Programm über »Details« herauszusuchen, ob ein Programm beispielsweise unter C: oder unter dem Laufwerk D: installiert ist.
Die Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten bietet hier auch keine bessere Einstellung zur Handhabung.

IObit bietet eine Reihe von Zusatzoptionen, wie z.B. einen Softwareupdater, der in der Demoversion manuelles Eingreifen erfordert und in der gekauften Version automatisiert läuft.

Die neue Version (2022) ermöglich auch die Installation / Deinstallation von Android-APPs über das Windows Sybsystem für Android (WSA), sofern ein Windows 11 System verfügbar ist. (Derzeit von mir leider nicht testbar)

Fazit:
Aus meinem Dafürhalten erleichtert dieses Programm die Handhabung zur Systempflege ungemein. Ehrlich gesagt schwanke ich zwischen diesem und einem anderen Programm, sodass ich derzeit noch ein weiteres nutze, um mein System sauber zu halten.

Hold jer fra dem. Har fået ødelagt min computer efter at have installeret Advanced Systemcare pro , har haft den til reparatør, men de kan desværre intet gøre.

Ik gebruik al enkele jaren op 2 pc's IObit Software Updater en IQDriver Booster 8 ben hier zeer tevreden over.

Dit bedrijf verkoopt software waarmee je systeem volkomen verpest wordt. B.v. het "product" Driver Booster Pro, waarvoor ik met feestdagenkorting € 9,99 heb afgedragen. Dit zou alle drivers tot de laatste versie moeten updaten. Maar als ik dat programma z'n gang laat gaan, blijft mijn PC daarna in de bootfase hangen op de 4 vlaggetjes. Het enige dat er dan rest is een back-up terugzetten. Er wordt kennelijk helemaal niet gekeken of een driver wel bij de PC (in dit geval een AMD met X399 chipset) past.
