Product seems to be fine but sent me the wrong order twice in a row. It was third time before I ended up getting what I has ordered.
That's the first I've used Leaders

The door that is pictured in the advertising is not the same as the door that was delivered. The door that was delivered is clearly inferior. Not only are the proportions different (with less glass), but also the build is different.
I have discussed the difference in proportions with customer services (via email), as this is clear to see when photographs are compared, but they have been completely unwilling to admit that the picture in the advertising doesn't correspond to what was sent. Instead, they are trying to tell me that this corresponds to a different size of door to the one that I ordered (and that they cannot put a photograph of every door size). I then asked them to please tell me which size of door actually does correspond to the one in the photograph, but they ignored that request and just said that, if I'm not happy, I should arrange for a return. I don't want to send the door back, as I have already wasted enough time and effort getting this far and will just work with what I've got. But I'm not happy that they're unwilling to admit that the picture they have posted is of a different (and clearly superior) door. A partial refund would be in order here, to make up for the difference in what was advertised and what was actually delivered. At the very least, apologise, and admit to the fact that what you've sent doesn't correspond to what is being advertised.

I appreciate the tone of your reply and even the sentiment therein, however, you continue to run the the same advertising and the listing is unchanged on your website. You're continuing to mislead customers by showing a photo of a product that is clearly superior to the product that you're actually selling.

Ordered doors delivered on time well packaged.

I’ve ordered off later online many many times. I run a small business always happy excellent customer service perfect delivery record any problems they always sorted. Could not praise this company more thank you very much for your service.

Out the 18 doors ordered only 17 arrived.Had to wait one week for the door.This caused a delay in completion of the job . Not good.

A great Oak door at a good price. Used a clear stain on them along with black hinges and thumb latches and they look fabulous. Would definitely recommend.

Sent me a damaged door. Then took 3 days to respond to say they will send me a replacement. In the end I had to fit a damaged door due to the timing of the project I was working on. Very rude customer service advisors. Especially "Rahim". Didn't offer an apology at all and was very stern in how he was talking to me. A door they had collected as it was the wrong size, they told me they have processed a refund and it would take 14 working days to be paid back!

I then had another order with them which I was advised would be delivered on the 7th of July. And when I called. Unfortunately I was talking to Rahim again. Who was very rude and told it would be arriving on the 20/08/2026. How can you operate a business like this? I've already fitted the same style door in half the house and now I must wait 8 weeks to receive my order??

We ordered a pair of fully glazed doors for a client. A pair of half panelled doors were delivered and our Joiner actually fitted them, presuming the order was correct. Also one of the grain patterns to one of the 4 panel faces was vastly different. We managed to convince the client to accept half panelled doors but they were adamant that they would not accept the large variance in grain. We were informed that there was nothing that could be done to rectify your error and we had to buy a replacement door

I ordered the wrong doors and the team were exceptional and agreed to return them and sent me out the correct size doors, so customer service wise very good

Beautiful doors great price great delivery

I recently bought Krono water resistant laminate flooring. I had a professional carpenter lay it. The medium oak effect laminate is hard wearing and looks beautiful. Delivery was bang on time and the delivery guy was very polite. I read some reviews and I would always suggest contacting Leadertrade to check stock availability as they’re very knowledgeable and polite and check delivery of goods, my delivery was spot on. I definitely would say it was a good experience for me dealing with them and I would deal with them again.

I was not told until 8 days after my order that my doors were not in stock, and they wouldnt be in stock until 3 weeks after the original predicted delivery date. I could have been told after 2-3 days and then given the option to wait or cancel.

Quality of the doors has gone down hill, definitely not as good....alot of stock issues
