Leaders Floors/Trade
Leaders Floors/Trade , as a company, can be a little bit ' hit or miss', mainly due to being unable to get them to answer calls....but another time they'll answer swiftly and obligingly. After a fair bit of research into what laminate floor I wanted, it came in good time. If you want quality and easy-to-lay laminate, go for KRONOTEX which comes with the plastic strip on the narrow end of the panels. The plastic strips are vital for easy fitting. 👍

It would appear, as with most Suppliers, No actual Customer Service anymore??
Even though I paid £49 (half the price of the item ordered) for delivery, 8 days since item shipped, with a delivery of 2nd April, at the latest, no sign of the item? I have tried to call for an update, nobody is taking calls, I filled out one of the forms, 1st thing today, no reply, I have no idea when I will receive my item, and no way of finding out

Bad and good!
Was sold a product and paid for 48hr delivery. Waited in for delivery which an email said was dispatched but did not arrive. Queried with sales and was told that the product was not available!!
Bee at customer sales was excellent in tracing the order and following up with a sincere apology and an immediate refund. Guess the IT department and the warehouse need better co-ordination.

Fabulous door, especially as they were delivered by the charming Devonian Dave. The gentle giant even put them into the drawing room for me (74), without a murmur especially as the big ones were 52 kilos each.
