We enrolled with learnyst service and their onboarding team provided good communication and support throughout.

Learnyst are a bunch of unscrupulous people. Thieves. I cancelled my subscription months ago. They kept debiting my account. I called them and wrote to them. They promised to refund the money, but they never did. They did not even cancel my direct debit. I noticed, to my horror, that they have been taking money from my account each month.

THIEVES. THIEVES. THIEVES.

I cannot imagine how fraudulent a company can be.

I have called my bank and raised a dispute. I will call them again tomorrow to follow up on the dispute.

5 Days Payment Failure – No Response – This Is Destroying Our Business

I am writing this out of extreme frustration.

For the last 5 days, we have been facing payment issues on Learnyst. Students are trying to enroll. Payments are failing. Overseas students cannot complete transactions. And there has been no proper response from the support team.

This is not a minor technical glitch. This is revenue being blocked.

I have never felt this helpless with any platform before. We are paying for their top plan. Premium charges. But when something truly critical happens, there is no urgency. No escalation. No ownership.

December is our peak season. Students enroll heavily during New Year resolution time. Earlier in December 2025, they rolled out updates and:

Live sessions stopped working properly

Uploading recordings failed

We had to cancel 2 full days of classes

We estimate we lost at least 60 new enrollments during that period.

Now again, payment issues for 5 straight days.

Imagine doing marketing campaigns, running webinars, guiding students, building trust… and when they finally decide to pay, the platform fails them.

Some students message saying payment failed.
Some say the flow is confusing.
Some simply disappear.

That is not just a technical problem. That is brand damage.

Support responses are either very slow or template-based. There is no clear SLA. No sense that someone understands that this is affecting a live business with real revenue and real students.

Before subscribing, their marketing and sales communication was excellent. After paying for the highest plan, technology and operations feel extremely weak in comparison.

We don’t expect perfection. We expect reliability. Especially during peak season.

Right now, this platform is causing more stress than support.

I truly hope they improve their infrastructure, payment stability, and escalation processes. But as of today, I cannot recommend this platform to any serious course creator who depends on smooth operations to run their business.

there is payment system is bad i changed my card to make payment not accepted and after 10 days I hardly i reach customer service and i spoke then they send me payment link and i lost 10-15 days so i should pay again after 15 days 250$ for my course if you not pay your school get locked and stdents can't enter and when you want to download any content from your videos they charge you at least 200$ if it's big lets say 1tb they charge you 5000$ for content to download which is funny business i was premium user almost more then 1-years and i paid every month 260$ to open my videos right now i would like to go away from this website bcz i lost my videos now if i want to stop my school my all course will be deleted but download not possible if you have money pay it they will download and send to you lol
