Purchased several vinyl banners for outdoor use. Paid extra for reinforced edges and grommets. I hung them up and attached them to T-Posts, and within an hour of sitting in 5-14mph winds the grommets started shifting and the vinyl around the grommets started to rip. I then noticed that when it comes to reinforced edges, they only enforce 2 of the 4 edges. They only reinforce the edges that are at the ends where the material is cut with two lines of single stitching.

Customer service nightmare others are experiencing is believable now. There are no buttons to put in a complaint, so you end up talking to AI chat to figure out how to put in a complaint, and you have to do it through "contact us." And when you do submit your complaint and pictures, it gives back a very unhuman and AI feeling response. And there is no way to do a conversation history.

Their AI response to poor quality is that I should have bought a mesh banner instead for wind.

A product should not be breaking from 5-14mph winds within 1 hour of installation.

can't reach a human anymore outside of chat and that only sometimes...when you have issues the chat is frustrating and when you do reach a human they could careless... "We’ve outlined all available options: proceed with shipping or add an item," .....they could care less!

This has been a nightmare experience. We received a product we are not happy with and the organization is now ignoring us.

I ordered 2 aluminum signs for a parking lot entrance. They packaging arrived with no visible issues. Upon unpacking, one sign had a dent near the middle of the signage and was visible from 20'. Signazon disputed that the sign was packaged with an imperfection, although the box had no sign of the same damage. I initially was offered no solution. They later offered to replace the sign at no cost, but whatever condition it arrived in was what I had to accept. I refused the terms and asked for a credit and I would return the signs. They did not accept my offer and I had to order from a new vendor. My new vendor delivered as promised.
