Very easy to use

I arrived at the site with a specific car in mind. What I liked though was how intuitive the sight responded by making other car options available to me that I had not even considered.

Needs to have an option to configure a car and get a quote. A lot of trim and configuration options aren’t showing on the site.

Organised my new lease through this company. Very easy process and very efficient. The online portal makes communication very simple.
A very stress free service.

The only let down for me which is why I have not given 5 stars is that my new car was delivered dirty?!
I found it difficult to tell what was dirt and what could be stone chips or scratches.
Unlike previous leasing cars I have had delivered by driving to my home is that the drivers go and clean the car prior to delivery, so that they can be inspected properly. So this was disappointing when you have a new car experience.
And ironically when cars get collected to be returned they expect the car to be clean !!

The site was easy to use. I have yet to hear back from a leasing partner but navigation of the leasing.com website itself was easy to do.

Prices on site don't match reality. £145 out over the term of the lease enquired about. Not a great deal, but still wrong.

The process was smooth, but took a while longer to complete then expected. There were a few surprises and repeated changes to documentation which seemed unusual.

Sent out enquiries for a few vehicles and all responded very quickly.
Really good site, all makes and brands of cars covered, would highly recommend.
Ordered the New Peugeot 5008 GT on a really good deal from AA Leasing via Leasing.com.

It predicted the information I wanted and gave the various options I needed to tie down the process to make my best decision.

Very positive experience

So far I have only made an enquiry, but the website was very easy to use and has a wide range of vehicles and budgets available.

My preference was to search for deals with 8k miles and a 3 year contract, but the cookies saving these preferences kept on getting wiped out unnecessarily.
