We got the freezer in May 2024 now February 2025 not even one year yet? Not freezing how come? Try to call but no one answer?

We have spoken with Haskiel today about the Freezer as we discussed our technician will call you today to check the Freezer in your shop. we already forwarded your concern and contact details so please expect a call today. Our freezer failed after 6 months

Our freezer failed after 6 months. Unable to contact anyone regarding warranty. No response to emails or messages. Very poor.

the Government scheme I paid around…

the Government scheme I paid around &375 and the fridge is not working, I contacted them few times always one Chinese girl picked up the phone and lied that they will fixed it and still not came .
These all comments are not real
I also need to contact the NSW service department regarding this fraud .

Over promised under delivered

Over promised, under delivered. I received a text message saying there were limited number of freezers available under the NSW Govt scheme and to pay asap so that I didn’t miss out. I paid straight away and I did miss out and now I am having trouble getting my money back. I was originally told the money would be refunded on the Friday (which would have been 28th June) obviously didn’t happen. When I call them they tell me they have already sent my details to accounts but no one can give me a straight answer. I’ve asked for someone to call be back and tell me when I can expect my money but no one has. I’m reporting them to ACCC on Monday. If this isn’t a scam it is beyond me how they could over commit like they have. I wonder how many other businesses they have scammed money out of.

Sorry, you should be refunded. As there's a sudden stop, a lot of people need to be refunded and they have been refunded. And you will refunded too.

I have been waiting 5 weeks today for…

I have been waiting 5 weeks today for delivery and after speaking with them this morning it looks like its still going to be weeks away, they are in no hurry to help, prompt service up till the money hits there account then your on your own, they do not return calls...very disappointing

"212536 - he called earlier asking for delivery but this job is in Tumut we also asked Ada if this can be done but she said that they cannot do it if this is only 1 as its too far. We explained this to the customer but he didn't listen we also offered to refund his payment if he wants then we will call him if we have a delivery here and he can just pay on the date of the delivery but he just won't listen. He said he wants us to deliver it tomorrow. No other date but tomorrow. Then he hangs up." Please contact us to organise refund.

No interest for Rural NSW

I was interested in the Government Energy conservation subsidy for Hot water conversion. I stated searching the Net for suppliers/installers and came across the Phenex Led Saves Gompany.
I applied online to speak to a consultant. The following day my application was answered and I was questioned about my current setup etc. When I replied to where my location was being regional NSW, that was the end of replies from Phenix Led.
I waited a day and followed up the next day.
My email was answered by the Manager who advised me that he would have someone follow up on my application.One day past without a reply then the next evening I received an email from the Company advising me to try someone else.

Update: Hi Robert, we have given you our quote today on 1st Feb 2024. But for your own benefits, I think you should seek other quotes.

First reply on 31st Jan 2023: Hi Robert, that was my email to you and I have given you the other company's website as well so we don't keep you waiting. As we have been quoted by installer $$2500 for a standard installation without relocation, so we thought it would be best for another company we know to quote you in this instance.

I got a freezer from this company it…

I got a freezer from this company it was all easy delivered for a small fee and I set it up I only have a small space and the freezer runs so hot it's like being in a hot sauna now I have to run my air con flat out so I'm not energy saving at all this is a disgusting product and I want my old freezer back they say they are double doors but my single door tall freezer fit more products in it

Awesome customer service!!

I got to know of Phenix LED Saves from the Government scheme that's been running through them and I have to say that it has been a pleasure to deal with this company. They have communicated well, followed up on my calls and have always responded to my emails promptly and courteously. 5 stars for customer service.

Having a Policy for PR reasons doesn't mean you follow it

What you say you do and what actually occurs are two very different things. I am on the DNC register and you did call me 11 times from the same number. I was never a customer of yours and if you did have something that claimed I was that would just be evidence to show you fraudulently claimed a rebate from the govt as I have never had VEU work done and only deal with local trades people with good local reputations.
You will receive notification of my number from the ACMA when they contact you with regards to my complaint.
As for the last comment, I never said he claimed to be from "Telstra technical support", I said that you were as trustworthy as someone claiming to be from "Telstra technical support". You harass Victoria taxpayers and scam the Victoria Govt by abusing a well intentioned, if poorly run subsidy program

What's the number we called you from? And what's your number so we can identify you and the agent that called you. We only have 3 agents on the residential calls. They are long term agents and they only call existing customers. I do NOT believe any of the 3 agent have called you 11 times.
