Lee Longlands Avis 

Aoam and Jonathan came today to deliver my new wardrobe and take away a faulty one. Came within the time mentioned on earlier phone call. Polite and friendly. Treated my home with respect. Made sure I was happy with the new wardrobe. Very satisfied with the service.

We are really happy that we shopped at Lee Longlands. The staff were very helpful and kept us informed. The delivery was in fact a week earlier than anticipated and the delivery team (Frank and David ) let us know when they would be arriving, then set everything in place and took away all of the packaging. Very friendly and efficient. Thanks guys

Today we had our Ercol Rimimi bed frame delivered by Lee Longlands. Ordering the item at Lee Longlands, Cribbs Causeway was easy with excellent service. We are very pleased with the product but exceptionally pleased with the service provided by the delivery team. (Tony & Chris) They let us know what time they would be arriving, they were polite, friendly and of smart appearance. The delivery van they were using looked immaculate despite driving down from Birmingham on a wet Monday morning. They took all of the parts to our bedroom , assembled it and took away all the packing. We would definitely recommend Lee Longlands for all your home furnishings and having a branch at Cribbs Causeway its very easy to get to from South Wales.

We visited Lee Longlands in Abingdon looking at Stressless and Himolla recliners. The staff we're all really kind and clearly knew their stuff. Sammi was particularly helpful. We ended up buying elsewhere in the end, partly because they had a model that Lee Longlands didn't stock, but that wouldn't stop me from recommending the to others. They have great products and great service.

We have bought quite a lot of furniture from Lee Longlands over the years, never been disappointed with anything, our latest purchase ( a suite) is absolutely beautiful. Richard and Tony delivered our furniture and took every care to ensure the furniture wasn’t damaged or anything in the house, I must admit it was a tight squeeze but they managed it, they were very polite and professional. Thanks guys.

I was a bit dubious at first, as this is a new business to the area, but did a bit of research on-line which gave favourable feedback. So I went ahead and purchased an adjustable bed and headboard from the Cribbs Causeway branch, Bristol on 3rd March. In the salesroom Mark was extremely helpful and the bed was delivered, 20th March, within the 2 to 3 weeks, just as I was promised. The friendly delivery team, Jonathan and Charlie, installed the bed without any hassle, cleared up all the packaging, offered tips & advice and were very respectful of my property, thank you lads. All in all, a very good consumer experience.

Our furniture was delivered today by Richard and Alan. They were punctual, extremely helpful and polite and did a superb job! Well done chaps and many thanks.

Michelle at Kidderminster was so helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble and she responded to queries very promptly and fully. Gave you confidence. The delivery guys Tom and Johnathan were also excellent. Very careful with our home and very efficient setting everything up, working hard all the time.

Furniture was delivered on time by Frank and Will. They were both extremely polite and left the living room clean and tidy.

My armchair was delivered today by Frank and Mark, who called first thing to advise on arrival time.
They arrived earlier due to lighter traffic conditions, they were friendly, polite, and professional removing all packaging, even helped move my old armchair outside.
I cannot fault them or the service provided by Lee Longlands.

Richard & Alan delivered our sofas today. They arrived in our allotted time, were polite, careful and removed their outdoor shoes when in the house. They unpacked the sofas and positioned them as requested, taking the packaging away with them. They also moved an existing armchair into another room very willingly. A professional and friendly service.

Excellent service in the Leamington store and excellent professional and friendly delivery team consisting of Jonathan & Frank that took great care in handling our new 2 seater sofa into the study. This is the second home delivery we've had and both excellent. Will be buying more furniture from them next year.

My mattress arrived in less than 4 weeks - brilliant, I expected 8! And the best deal around too. The delivery team rang early to advise the delivery time frame so we could plan our day, and then advised us when they were 20 minutes away. They were polite and friendly, and even carried the mattress upstairs. What excellent service. Well done Mark and Adam!!

Had our new sofa delivered today from Lee Longlands it took nearly 6 months from the order to delivery. If I had known this I would never have ordered it from the Cheltenham store. However we were very happy with the delivery team Richard and Alan. They did an excellent job and the sofa looks great too.

Charlie & Adam were very pleasant & delivered and set up my sofa bed no problem. Again very good service from Lee Longlands distribution.
