Very good apart from the auto renew which didn’t pick up on. It should be an opt in not an opt out. That’s why you get 3 stars

The auto-renew feature is clearly displayed during checkout and can be deselected before completing the order. It is designed to prevent accidental expiry of an LEI, which could interrupt financial transactions.

A very prompt response to my request…
A very prompt response to my request and an efficient service in providing me with an LEI registration number. However the certificate came as an email and not a separate attachment and is now lost. I was disappointed to find I need to pay a fee to keep the registration active each year.

Completion process was straightforward for a lay trustee to obtain LEI numbers for Discretionary Trusts. When one contained errors due to Windows autocomplete, the support team were very responsive and helpful.
