Octopus Energy for Business Avis 

I spoke to Joseph at Octopus Energy about EV tariffs and peak and off-peak options. I would like to thank him for the exceptional service he provided.

Joseph was patient, knowledgeable and generous with his time. He explained the different tariffs clearly, taking me through the advantages and disadvantages of each and answering all my questions without ever making me feel rushed.

Energy tariffs can be confusing, so I particularly appreciated the care he took to help me understand the options and how they might suit our needs.

Our bill was wrong with incorrect tariffs, we asked them to clarify and redo it. Put in a complaint 3x it was acknowledged. In the meantime they affected our credit file and refused to redact this. Harrassed us to pay and sent debt collectors whilst we had an open complaint. They are not as good as they say and customer service very woeful.

Coby helped to review our charity account and confirmed we were eligible for VAT exemption. This was processed very quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

Was wonderful dealing with some very good people who work for Octopus. Especially Aneesa. She was very professional and very knowledgeable and gave us her best deals. And we joined up for another 2 years. Thank you Octopus and Aneesa.

After not getting any response to my email and not being able to log onto my account I was getting concerned that you had not taken September or Octobers direct debit.
My telephone was answered very quickly by a lovely young lady who answered all my questions reassured me about my concerns and immediately sent my bill over by email. First class customer service was received today .

We had smart meters installed. Levi was very helpful in resolving any questions we had - as the issue was not straightforward- and arranging the appointment

I’d rather herd cats while doing my taxes than deal with commercial energy contracts, but Ru at Octopus Energy business, actually made the whole process painless.
I came into this expecting a headache and left feeling like I’d just won the utility lottery. Ru patiently translated all the confusing industry jargon into actual human English and managed to hunt down a rate that didn't make our accountant cry. They handled all the heavy lifting, the back-and-forth, and the mountain of paperwork while I basically just sat back and took the credit.
If you need your business energy sorted without losing your sanity or your life savings, Ru is your person. Highly recommended!
