I had an excellent experience with Sunil at Octopus Energy when renewing our energy tariff. Our previous tariff had expired, and Sunil took the time to carefully review our usage before recommending the most suitable option for us.

He was incredibly patient and thorough, explaining the different tariffs clearly and answering all of my questions. Based on our actual usage, he recommended the 24-month tariff, and I really appreciated that he took the time to explain the benefits as well as the important details, including the exit charge, so I fully understood what I was agreeing to.

If it was judged just on Dexter sorting the bill out it would definitely be 5 Star because after months of calling and emails about an account switch he finally sorted and I can scratch that job off my list .

Cheap cheap cheap ,amazed at.how much i saved with Octopus ,I was paying more than twice with EDF and never felt I got value for money .Once I signed up the savings started. Clear and precise billing every month ,a friendly customer service centre and excellent all the way through .At the end of my contract I was closing my business and the move out section was easy to do ,and the interaction from Leah in customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend anyone switching to Octopus Energy, its like it used to be in the old days when you could talk to someone friendly .
