I paid for the basic LEI with no auto-renewal and no certificate yet I've been charged £69, not £50. This feels like an aggressive money-grabbing ploy.

If you ordered the basic LEI without auto-renewal or certificate, you should not have been charged for any extras. We would be happy to review your order and clarify the exact breakdown of the amount charged.
