Terrible company. Overpriced service packages. Took them over 5 months just to get my EIN number request in (probably the easiest task you can do when setting up a LLC) after tons of phone calls and being passed off to service rep to service rep. BY THE WAY all of their call centers are in India it feels like so have fun with that when you are having serious conversations about your future business. Not a single Rep I talked with felt like they even knew what they were doing. After a year of dealing with them and paying over $2000 in fees and services I still did not get my LLC set up and am currently dissolving this LLC with how botched this process went.

I just sign up to have Legal Zoom help me set up an LLC. I had Stormy help me find some important information and sort out what I could expect from the company. She was calm, cooperative, friendly and most importantly, gave me the information I needed and more. I highly recommend the service. Check it out…

Mark Champ is an excellent rep for LegalZoom. He was professional and always verified who I was before supporting me with questions about my order. Mark gave me his extension and took my additional calls, so I didn't have to explain what I was doing over again to someone new. He walked me through the entire process. Not good experience. Lost documents, no continuity of case handlers. Even put my property in the names if 2 of their employees!!

I asked them to do an amendment on my corporation on 8-12 I called back 2 weeks later they said sorry the agent did not get enough information from you, I will help you and get it done, a week later they called and said they now need a signature, neither the first 2 asked for that. Now a supervisor says I will take care of this, so did the last three, I still do not have my document worst company ever

Do not use Legal Zoom
This company does not know what they are doing, and don't bother using their service. They delayed my process for three months as they are not able to process simple business creation paperwork in a timely manner.

NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. THIS COMPANY CHARGED ME A SUBSCRIPTION FEE OF $175.00 WHICH I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR. ALSO I REGISTERED TO NAMES OF VINYL AND LEATHER LINES WITH THEM. WHAT THEY SENT YOU FOR A REPORT IS JUST HORRIBLE. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND. WHEN YOU CALL FOR AN EXPLANATION OF THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU A CONSULTANT FEE.

I paid $199 for a trademark registration and I was told to contact them after I get a picture of a product sold under the name. I waited to launch the product and then got a pic of the same. When I call them, they said, their fees now is $649. What more, instead of asking to pay the difference, they wanted the whole $649.

No idea who this company is but saw a debit for a subscription to them on my bank statement. The bank thankfully reimbursed me and did a chargeback but to chase up who this company even is I was forced to call a US number which turned out to be a super premium rate. £30 to find out I've no idea who they are.

Like any sane human I'm aware that if you have a phone line that incurs a charge greater than standard rate, the company earns a commission share.

I've asked them in good faith given I'm a fraud victim to reimburse that profit share and they flatly deny to help me. They are basically keeping immoral 'winnings'. It's a sign of a company that despite having a customer care link on their footer or probably some de&I policy internally - only do that for show, they don't actually care.

Imagine trying to profit from someone who has been a victim of a crime?

It may only seem like a small sum to you but it's disproportionate in size to individuals, particularly those who didn't even book a service or whatever you do.

You're revolting as a company and deserve a 1 star.

I hope you got your money's worth. £3 per minute. These photos will look good on your brand page.

Worst conveyancer ever.
Worst conveyancer ever. They had the all the information they needed from the get go however they dragged their feet at every turn. They waited for three months until they decided to do any due diligance which was really done to slow down the process, until the process ground to a halt. This was only a re-mortugage, not rocket science. Never completed and I am still waiting for my refund.

The personalized phone calls and pro-action of the team to get my company set up. The team were able to answer my questions and to take the stress out of the experience. It was easy and stream-lined.

Good straight forward service but the website keeps locking me out

Amazing Service!

Legalzoom is a great service for people who want to start their limited company with a head start. Depending on the formation you chose you are able to get majority of things sorted from memorandums to the psc register which gives you a good head start and more time to work on your business when forming your company. One thing to improve this service would be the ability to use the website on mobile devices I’ve had a problem with signing in on my phone so I’m unable to check my certificates on the go

Easy and simple service to use

Used LegalZoom when moving flats in Oct 2019. Was persuaded to do so by Haart Estate Agents, who said that they were their 'in house' solicitors and because of this things will be quicker.

But it was the opposite! LegalZoom are very slow, doing all the legal work for the move took over 4 months (moved in March 2020).

Towards the end, I ended up doing some of the research (about 2 hours work) that the individual at LegalZoom dealing with my move should have done, just to get things to completion!

After I moved in, I sent an email to LegalZoom to lodge a complaint and got a reply saying my email had been forwarded to someone dealing with complaints, but no one ever replied!

I have unfortunately had to switch solicitors as Legal Zoom were not on my lenders authorised list. I have been trying to get a refund of £395 for my property searches for 3 weeks now. Every time I ring I am told we have escalated it to our accounts department but still no refund! I phoned again today and asked for the telephone number for the accounts department so I could chase the refund up myself, only to be laughed at and told no they are very busy with house completions. I am so annoyed and frustrated as they were quick enough to take my money but won’t seem to give it back! I will definitely avoid Legal Zoom when I am purchasing my next property!
