Legends is a great online social casino..Fast payouts ,fun games, great originals …. The only issue is the VIP program. I play a lot (daily) or several times a day at times and have since august 2025.’’And since jan 1 2026 i have made 251 deposits for an avg of 25$ each..that is approx 6300$ but I won about 11,000 over the Christmas holiday weekend ….6300$ and all my VIP status has done is remained visionary 2nd tier from bottom and it fluctuates from halfway to full on progress bar and back to halfway over and over again and again…I’ve emailed 2 different times and asked about it only to get an it drops during inactivity schpeel and it’s accruing as it should… So I’m not going to look at my deposits since august but it’s somewhere near 30,000$ and close to 1000 deposits… I should be somewhere in top tiers of VIP program for $ in and out… it’s a large # but instead of customer service I get the same answer over and over… I don’t deserve the 2nd tier weekly wheel after even january amount deposited let alone another 4 months prior… I don’t have an account manager but probably should to address these concerns and if my VIP status was climbing as it should be I would have that option but instead my loyalty has gotten me a bot or some entry level person regurgitating the same lines when I reached out…..So instead of 5 stars I say What customer service?because I’ve never gotten any customer service and there are no peramiters for the VIP loyalty program at all….and none of it is right and I personally want my loyalty to matter as well as my money but it doesn’t seem to…. Played here enough times to honestly say that the keno here is 10x worse than stake.us. Yup i said it. Didn't think it was possible but here we are writing about it as i feel this will be the only way ill get satisfaction with all the money these guys have foully screwed me out of. They deny foulplay but the gameplay speaks for itself. Doesnt matter what strategy they always pick the numbers right next to yours. Out of the 1000+ games of keno i have played i have not even got 6/10 one time let alone anything higher. So if you plan on playing keno get ready for them to take everything as that is what has happened every single time here. Not once have they allowed me to win. I have only won here the first day i played here. Coincidence i dont think so. These guys are amongst the stingiest of casinos. Their customer service is no better as well. Overall rating i give this place is a 2/10 only because they instant redeem if you are extremely lucky enough to get enough for a payout as i did that one day a long long long time ago.

Scammed me out of $1,350+. I made an account, got the deposit bonus, and got lucky on a few bets to the point where I was at $1,350 a week later. I tried withdrawing. They kept asking for different information from me. I gave it to them. A couple days later they closed my account and ghosted me. Emails, letters, and any effort to try to get a hold of them since then has failed. They have not responded at all. This site is a complete scam. You lose and they’ll let you play all you want, but you win and suddenly they do everything they can to not let you withdraw.

After numerous deposits they refused to pay me when I made one withdrawal request.

I cannot buy any coins and after spending thousands I no longer get any daily rewards. After Pragmatic play games left the casino I can no longer win. The games are so predictable and bonus features are so tight on wins. Very low wins. I have to buy hundreds in sc coins and spin big to get a decent bonus if it ever comes around which it probably won’t happen. Also after a bonus feature, it will not come around again until I spend hundreds.

This site just sucks. Customer service sucks, no daily bonus unless a purchase is made, no help in glitches in games or tournaments. They will talk circles around you. I dont understand all the great reviews for quick redemptions and how great the customer service is… It truly could not be worse. I have been trying to redeem winnings for 5 days now and everytime its a different story. Its like they are trying to keep the money from me and its getting obvious.. UPDATE #2: Im not claiming this site is a scam because I lost money. I actually won alot. But its now 5 days and I continue to get the run around on redemption and I cant get a response from anyone. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I dont understand all the other reviews that say its fast redemption. It is not just not fast it is impossible.

I wrote a review recently giving Legendz 5 stars because of their professional and unique Legendz Blackjack with its professional and legit dealers. It got rid of this live blackjack for other generic providers that are on other platforms. Legendz is less unique now. Very disappointed.

Legendz was my most favorite site to play on but the past months they keep blocking my redemptions and asking for more documents that I have already sent over and over! Takes days to hear back. Then they said everything was verified(Again) and I played and won and now they have blocked it Again asking for more documents to verify! I would think once you've verified things 3 or 4 times that would be enough!!!

I've played at a variety of online casinos, and Legends is one of my favorite trustworthy places to play. In my experience they have fair games and a good variety too, event including a sports book. They sometimes even give you extra free coins with purchases, or just as a random thanks for playing gift, and also event rewards. If you dislike when casinos hold your redemptions for a long time, Legendz is also great in that regard because the redemptions are always approved in under 24 hours. Usually even under 12 hours. And if I ever have a problem, I just shoot an email to my account manager, Marion Woodsen (shout out to a great one).

I like the quantity and diversity of the slot games...so many to choose. I wish they had a few Baccarat tables or at least used the regular Baccarat table in Ioconic 21 like SpinQuest does.
