I've entered four different drawings…
I've entered four different drawings and never once found out if the drawing took place or who won if it did. And as far as I can tell, there's no place on their website where you can get this information. I play because I dearly wish I owned a Leica, but if the company is not more forthcoming than it has been about drawings and winners, I can't know that this entire thing is legitimate.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you've been left feeling unsure about the draw process.
We do email the results to everyone who has entered each competition. Unfortunately, we've found that, on occasion, these emails can end up in junk or spam folders and be missed.
Our live draws are also streamed on our Instagram page, as stated on our website. Our regular customers are generally familiar with this, but we appreciate that new customers may not be aware. To help minimise any confusion, we've now added a note to each competition page clearly stating that the live draw takes place on Instagram. Transparency is extremely important to us, and we're always looking for ways to make the process as clear as possible.
In addition, we've recently introduced a new section on our website where you can view both current and previous live draw videos, making it easy to catch up if you missed a draw.
We hope this helps clarify things and reassures you that we're committed to running every competition fairly and transparently. If you have any questions or believe you've missed any results emails, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us—we're always happy to help.

Feels like a scam
Feels like a scam. You buy your tickets, then… nothing. No emails to remind you about the live draw or how to see it, no emails to tell you who won it. Nothing. Some communications would go a long way towards making this feel legitimate.

Website is easy to navigate. I come back often to see the amount of tickets sold as the competition times runs down. I have entered over 30 times and haven't been blessed to win yet, but hope is never lost.
