Great feedback – we really appreciate you taking the time to leave it.
We do actually send out result emails after each draw, but we know they don't always reach everyone. Unfortunately, we've found that some emails end up in junk or spam folders, and in some cases customers have accidentally unsubscribed from our emails without realising, which means they won't receive the results. We're really sorry if that's been your experience.
We're working hard to improve this because we want everyone to have the best possible experience with us, and making sure our customers know the outcome of every competition is something we take seriously.

Invoice came in late so i wasnt able to buy the rest of my tickets for the draw. No response on when draw would take place. I follow the instagram all I saw was a post stating "draw day".

Fun and exciting, but misleading marketing
It’s fun and exciting, but I do think it is a bit expensive.
I really dislike the marketing on email, though, where they’re constantly writing stuff like «this is the best odds ever». No, it’s not the best odds ever EVERY TIME. This just makes it seem unserious and a bit scammy.

Winner of a Leica M11-P combo
Been playing for a couple of years , whenever I was seeing a camera that I wanted . Thinking with those odds , you have to play.
And there I am : a proud owner of a Leica M11P combo with 50mm summicron. I couldn’t have dreamed something better, I couldn’t believe it , until I met Dave in Paris. He came from London to give me the prize at the Leica Store.
