Not very good on my two multi fuel stoves ( arrow 12 kilowatt and a Dunsley 5kilowatt) for me they supply very little heat for someone else they may be fantastic I wouldn’t buy again small background... Voir plus

Not tried them yet as it is end of August, and having to write more than I would want to do to be able to pass on the comments I find poor.
Good delivery time but can't comet has it is on august and not used.

Poor customer service
We have had issues with DPD deliveries in this area and are still waiting for one missing box of logs from Lekto from my large order. I was disappointed that when I contacted Lekto, I was given a generic and quite patronising reply about how split deliveries work. I explained that this box had been missing for a while and that there was a spate of missing DPD deliveries in this area. The box is still missing and the last time I contacted Lekto I was told that, "I have a more insite view into DPD than the customer and I can assure you there is another parcel due to you and you should receive your SMS at some point today." Needless to say, I never received an SMS and the box is still missing. It's so disappointing because I love Lekto products.

We can see that our Customer Service Agent replied to you politely and tried to explain the situation regarding the split delivery and missing items. Indeed, we have access to more tracking information than is available to customers.
Upon checking our records, I can see that our Customer Service Agent replied to you a couple of hours ago to let you know that we had received an update from DPD. We can see that your missing logs are due to be delivered to you today.
Please let us know once you have received them safely. If you do not receive the missing parcel today or tomorrow, we will be more than happy to resend the items to you. :)

Brilliant service
Another brilliant experience purchasing from Lekto. The logs and briquettes were delivered very promptly, very securely packaged and easy to unpack. The Kiln Dried Oak logs are fantastic and give off a lovely aroma in their boxed state - almost too good to burn! Lekto are a lovely company to deal with. Jane in customer services deserves a special mention ..she is so helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely five star if not ten star.

Great product, Rotten delivery
The product is really good and does exactly what it says on the tin, Hence why I am a repeat customer. The problem this time was with the delivery, The driver was rude and abrasive I’m guessing he knew this, Which is why I have not been asked by the company for a review of my delivery.
