Good communication. I had a few questions about the type of lenses I wanted and they got back to me swiftly so that I could make an informed decision.

I've had a request for occupational lenses which was full-filled smoothly, starting with the free pack to send my old frame, followed by detailed instructions on providing prescription, my PD etc and receiving the frame with new glasses., I think the best way to get response is by sending an email, also was able to speak to Karl as sometimes it assures to speak to the person.
