Amazing service
Amazing service and would definitely recommend. Pricing is great I rented the Sony 100-400mm for 2 weeks for just over £200 and was so worth it.

Absolutely fantastic.

A really quick and easy service
A really quick and easy service. We needed a telephoto lens for some architectural photography at short notice. Lens arrived next-day delivery, did everything we needed, then was picked up for return. Will be using LensPimp again!

Great hire place, will definitely use again!
Great service and very prompt with arranging return on a Sunday. Lens was in excellent condition and really appreciate having a local supplier to be able to call upon, when needed. Will definitely use these guys again!

Almost perfect
From finding the lens I wanted to hire to it arriving service was excellent. Kept me informed of every stage with emails and phonecalls. When the lens arrived it was exactly as described and worked faultlessly throughout the hire period.
The only reason it's not a 5 star rating is having to pay for the return delivery which wasn't clearly stated until the final moments. Having said that though it wouldn't put me off using lenspimp again and again.

A delivery and collection service is the default option on our system where we deliver and collect from yourself at the end of the hire you actively opted out of that and selected a Delivery only option when you booked the hire on our system, we are sorry that this was not clear enough we really appreciate your feedback and we will try and make it as clear as possible.
I trust this company to deliver.
This is the fourth time I have used LensPimp, and it will not be my last. Each time I have had perfect service, awesome quality of gear, and great communications. In a job where I am bound to an exact date, (quite often in a contract), I can trust this company to deliver.
