Fantastic surveyor
Fantastic surveyor. Could not be more happy with the service provided. They arranged our service super quickly and returned the report to us after only 2 days. It was extremely thorough and very helpful that they provided cost estimates for things that needed to be addressed. It was a nice touch that the surveyor called me after he visited the house to give a brief overview of what he found and keep me in the loop. Thank you so much!

Absolutely fantastic Company
Absolutely fantastic Company, the gentlemen who carried out both my surveys was very thorough and the report was very detailed! Helped me and my husband massively when it came to our decision on whether we should buy the properties we were interested in and saved us a lot of money in the long run, as both had very bad structural issues which were picked up on the surveys!

This is the second time that I’ve used Leo horsefield surveying and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them or recommend them again! Great communication and a very helpful and professional service every time. Leo Horsfield survey
Leo Horsfield made it really easy to book a survey. The process was explained well and the survey booked within 3 days. The call from the surveyor with an overview, prior to the written report, was great and payment was also very easy to make. The full report is really detailed.

Excellent survey
Our survey was done 2 days after first telephoning Leo Horsfield. The people I spoke to, who arranged the survey, were pleasant and helpful. Tom was excellent doing the survey. He talked us through every issue as he went around our property and produced a full report with photos shortly afterwards. We were very impressed with this company and felt their fee was most reasonable. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Level 3 Survey Experience
Communication with the company and our specific surveyor was excellent from first contact. We were kept updated on the survey arrangements and were able to discuss an overview of the findings on the day of the survey by telephone. The full Level 3 report was received within days and was comprehensive, giving a clear picture of what we needed to take action on and priorities. The overall experience was excellent and provided very good value for money. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

Having compared prices between lvl 2 and 3 surveys. They came across as affordable.

Efficient and Supportive!
Being a first time buyer, I really appreciated the support and time they gave me. I had a panic about a potential issue flagged from the bank after I had received the report. But the team emailed me back that same evening- well after hours. They explained everything and I was able to relax immediately. I was so appreciative, not to mention impressed!
