Went to Euston outlet. Several self service stations weren't working. Staff member who took my order was miserable and clearly wanted to be somewhere else.
Food had part of order missing and was poor quality and tasted awful.
Price was also extortionate.
Use to be my regular home for food at Euston.

Order arrived in bad condition as packaging was torn open so yellow food box and content visible so food was open and cold on arrival. I ordered 5pm arrived 6:30pm. 3miles is not far.
The package was delivered open from LEON to UberEast bike driver so not only was it opened, the driver put his finger into the opening and said it tore due to travel, this was 1.5hrs after the order was made. It was wide open, cold and could not be consumed so I went out for dinner instead.
This is unacceptable and as someone who loves your food I wanted you to be made aware of this discrepancy.
Wasting your efforts food time and my money. Today I had a reply at 01:00am obviously unavailable asking for order number so sent it with photo explaining further plus they offered a good will gesture at 4pm and then they closed the conversation!
Please note that this poor customer services is not a reflection on you directly as I had even used Uber later thus benefitting them further and inconveniencing me due to this.
Diabolical and abysmal conduct from everyone involved. Driver left without even requesting/taking the 4 digit security code because of how bad this delivery was.
Unacceptable and I will never order via UberEast again sadly and as for the driver's response whilst putting his finger in the tare saying "it was due to travel" in answer to my question "why is my order open?" was disappointing. Jaheer was not the best person to be assigned to this delivery so now you have been made aware.
Got the aioli rice box the rice wasn’t cooked and was hard barely any chicken later that night I threw up 8 times and got food poisoning
I bought 6 GFC nuggets from the London strand shop yesterday and both food and overall service was not great. Chicken was tough and not crispy. Served at room temperature. It was a chore to eat. The customer facing member of staff wasn’t there to start with and when she appeared did her best - making drinks etc. and acknowledged me and smiled as she gave me the food. But the manager was on her mobile in the kitchen and didn’t seem to be helping or creating a buzz/atmosphere for customers. Overall a really poor experience and will not go back. As with other reviewers Leon used to be very different - especially in terms of its food.
The food was awful at Leeds train station. Thought it would be nice to have a healthier option and always wanted to try leon's. The chicken burgers tasted like the roosters chicken burgers from aldi. Worst of all it looked a little raw and undercooked
Ordered two chicken burgers took a bit and threw them away, cheap greasy chicken with a bit of salad and gherkin. We used Leon at Le Shuttle as we thought it would be better that Burger King, absolutely not. Total waste of money.
Leon used to be quality food and service. Juts had a sausage and egg bap/muffin and the bap was pappy and slightly tough in the middle! It barely kept the sausage and egg within. They used to do really nice quality English muffins but since they've got bigger quality has reduced sadly.
