Cannot find a proper bootlase crimper at this store. It is a tool used in wiring all electrical control panels. Which was shocking as they sell everything else from electrical instalkations

Incorrect specification

After reading all other reviews, why am I not surprised!! I purchased and paid for a 3 seater couch via the online platform. Besides trying get the delivery being a nightmare, I now realise that the dimensions specified and described on the Leroy Merlin website are incorrect. The exact couch is smaller than what you specified!!
You are ripping consumers off by using less material. I want this sorted out

I am very disappointed with the…

I am very disappointed with the delivery service I received. The delivery was poorly handled, communication was lacking, and the overall service did not meet the standard I expected. As a customer, I expect proper care when handling an order. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The experience caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration, and put my company in poor light with my client
I hope the company improves its delivery process, communication, and customer support going forward, as this level of service is not acceptable.

We purchased items online

We purchased items online. They use RAM as their courier service. We never received our package and RAM has very bad Google Reviews too. Why they use RAM only they know. We are out of pocket with no items to show for it. Horrible service.

Ordered, Confirmed, Then Told There Was No Stock

I placed an order for five boxes of tiles from Leroy Merlin Centurion on 23 June 2026 after being assured that warehouse stock was available and would be delivered within 3–5 days. Two days later, the website still reflected 10 boxes in stock. However, when I arrived to collect my order on 27 June, I was informed that the warehouse had no stock and that the branch had received no communication explaining the discrepancy.

After several follow-ups, I was eventually told that other customer orders had been processed while my order was being placed, leaving no stock available. This explanation is difficult to accept given that the website continued to show stock after my order was confirmed.

The biggest disappointment has been the lack of communication, accountability, and ownership. No one has been able to explain what happened to my order, provide an alternative solution, or give a timeline for resolution. As a loyal customer who has spent a significant amount with Leroy Merlin over the years, I expected far better service. I hope this matter is resolved urgently before I am forced to take my business elsewhere.

Pathetic Service !

Like every other complaint, my experience has been pathetic, not a single item that was ordered could be honored. After 3-weeks, I am still struggling to get my refund. Please save yourself the hassles and stick to other reputable marketplaces.

No accountability

I wish I had read reviews about this company, before purchasing from them. I ordered a product, for a specific usage, but received something completely different. One month later I am still having issues with them, because I refuse to send the product back, before I am refunded, only because of looking at other people who have not received their refunds two months later. Their staff do not communicate with each other, which makes things worse. Another issue is, that the consumer protection act says that if we purchase something from a company, but their "seller" sends the wrong, or damaged product, LEROY MERLIN ARE RESPONSIBLE, as you paid them, not their "seller". Leroy Merlin takes absolutely no accountability for this, so I would advise EVERYONE to stay away from them.

They sell staff that's not there and can't even manage customers expectations, it's very poor service. I still have not received anything

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE !!!!!

Good Lord, don't try and deal with these people online, total chaos and inefficiency, with staff apathy exceeding goverment department levels. Cannot get hold of the company by phone, or by email or via the website and as I said in store assistance apathy exceeds that of a goverment department.

Very bad service

Very bad service, will never ever buy from Leroy Merlin again, will tell everybody to not order or buy from them.
Ordered goods on Febr 16 2026, twice i received the wrong goods. They collected and tell me they are gonna refund me, up till now 2 and a half months later, no refund, nothing. The latest is, i must come to one of the stores to collect my money, i am literally miles and miles away from a Leroy Merlin store. Have spend a lot of money on calls, ect. They leave me no choice but to see a lawyer, because the money they owe me is not a few cents or rands. So like i said. Thank you Leroy Merlin for the very bad service, never ever doing bussiness with youre guys again.

Specials advertised is a scam

The specials advertised is a scam, you only qualify for specials if you are part of their loyalty club. What a waste of time to visit there stores to find out you don't qualify. I now know to stay clear from Leroymerlin Alberton

Terrible terrible service.

Terrible terrible service.
Please people - don't make a mistake. Do NOT make the same mistakes as we did.
You buy from this place, they lie - delivery is NOT FREE for orders over R4 000. Then they make mistakes with your orders by sending you the wrong stock and when you wanna cancel the order, they deduct the delivery and collection fees from your monies!!! Shocking. Never ever again. I have proof of everything if anyone wants to see.

Good Customer Service

I would like to thank Bongane P from the Tile department at Leroy Merlin little falls order No 408597 who went extra mile by Assisting while he was on leave or off day, I was was shot of a box of Tiles as we are busy with renovations then called Bongane P on the 12th March then advised that he is off at work but and will try to assist and he called the store and in few minutes called me back on what is required and while communicating with the store in less than 15 min he called to advise the the box is avaliable. Please keep it up with good service Bongane not only with me, may your hardwork continue to be recognized and you deserve your flowers. Thank you... you are the best 👌

Leroy Merlin – Failed Delivery & Poor Service
I placed an online order with delivery confirmed for Saturday. Late on Friday afternoon, I received a message only via the Leroy Merlin platform advising that delivery would no longer take place and that I should “expect it Sunday or Monday” — with no confirmed date or time. There was no phone call or proactive communication.
When I contacted Leroy Merlin, I requested to speak to the supplier (Zahu Enterprises). The consultant was uninterested, promised to call me back, and never did.
If Leroy Merlin uses third‑party suppliers, their service is a direct reflection of Leroy Merlin. Due to the missed delivery, poor communication, and lack of support, I no longer want the order and have requested a full refund.
I would also like clarity on the stock information shown online. At the time of purchase, the item showed 20 units available, yet I am now told the supplier is in Johannesburg, which does not add up.
Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Worst company in South Africa

Do not use Leroy Merlin South Africa - Worst company in the world

Whatever you do, DO NOT use this company.....

Worst customer service in the world. Ordered tiles from them; they are a day late with delivery. Worse, as they don't have stock now, they apparently need to do a special order. Nobody called to let me know. My project will need to wait a week for them to receive the stock. What a disgrace!!

No stock Delayed incorrect and pending full refund Ignoring emails Avoid

One calendar month has passed since I attempted to order some advertised but out-of-stock items and am still waiting for a complete refund. No reaction to your emails. Be cautious when ordering from these clowns; they will take your money and then unnecessarily delay your refund, ignoring your emails.

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling! I returned eight sink taps in November and still haven’t been refunded. My return was delivered to the wrong place, and months of emails and calls got me nowhere. Today, I got a call from your agent Confidence Moeketsi, who insulted me, swore at me, and blamed me for your mistakes. Completely unprofessional and disgusting behavior. Leroy Merlin, this is outrageous — terrible service, zero accountability, and abusive staff. Avoid at all costs!

Pathetic and unable to deliver on…

Pathetic and unable to deliver on promises
Order number **********00. Order was placed and paid for on the18 October2025. We have had parts of our oder delivered from November. Which in itself is pathetic to take 3 weeks to start delivering. Since then we have had 3 deliveries and the order is still not complete. I have contacted them over 20 times with never getting a resolution. You hold on the line for 30 minutes until being cut off. They do not return calls or emails. The service would receive a zero star rating if this was an option.
