Having struggled with headaches and migraines for last 35 years, trying all the prescribed medications since I was young from injections, nasal sprays and loads of different pills but nothing seemed to keep them away. For last year been having up to 4 headaches a week and was getting me down. I weaned off my prescribed medication which wasnt working and gave CBD oil a go, 5 weeks in and only 2 very slight headaches. No side effects at all. I have not had this amount of time without headaches EVER. My only regret is not trying sooner, feel I can be happy go lucky again. Massively recommend for headache preventave.

Review of 'Her Health' Supplements:

I started taking these Mid July - just one a day.

I was especially interested in them because of the Reishi mushrooms, I'm also a big fan of Vit B and Magnesium.
(Reishi is meant to be good for the immune system, fatigue, depression, heart health, blood sugar, increase HDL, reduce tryglycerides, cellular health).

The difference was subtle, not a 'bam' (but bam isn't good for me) and definitely cumulative.

I have Fibromyalgia, chronic lyme & CPTSD/Burnout and am menopausal. I waited until my mast cell activation syndrome had calmed down and started taking 1 per day.

Beforehand I tried Berberine (good for sugar mgmt & weight loss) and L'Carnitine (meant to give energy) - neither made any measureable difference.

I take 2000mg of CBD from Les Bonne as well - which is the core of everything to help my pain levels & mood.
But I was also taking extra magnesium (L Threonate) at night.

My weight AT LAST beginning to slowly drop after about 3 weeks - this has been a problem for a couple of years, it wasn't my priority, but I feel it shows my body is returning to a state of balance.
It's dropping by about 0.1kg per day 🎉
My digestion is much healthier.
I'm finding my sugar cravings are super easy to manage - well I don't really have them, but I still have a treat once a day.
My fatigue is hitting in the evening, rather than in the afternoon - which is massive, as I'm also in the middle of a house move and doing more than normal.

My pain levels are also reducing - although I'm doing other therapies for this as well, and they were not horrific due to the CBD. It's just nice that they are improving again.

This week I increased to 2 pills a day - and swapped them for the nightly magnesium.

And SLEPT THROUGH for the first time in 3 weeks 🎉 ... I'm normally a really good sleeper with the CBD but, I’ve been dealing with grief and it really messed my digestion, and I couldn’t get back to sleep if I woke up middle of the night.

This is a huge relief and means they are much better than magnesium on it's own for sleep, so I really recommend them.

I’ve been using cbd oils coffees creams capsules for over a year now an always trying new products from the company. I suffered with really bad menstruated migraines an would be in bed sometimes for a week totally knocked me of my feet.. it took a few months to get the right amount of cbd in my system to help but now I hardly ever get a migraine actually I can’t remember the last time I had one. It really has worked for me the oils are great which I take daily with capsules. I also love the vapes but it’s not for everyone great company fast delivery.
