Can’t fault this! Prompt dispatch, bottles really well packaged and the sanitiser smells lovely. It does the job without drying out my hands or feeling sticky or gloopy.

I ordered from this company which had a good website and looked like their products would be ideal for what I wanted.
BUT!
My order arrived promptly but the packaging was dreadful! The flimsy cardboard box that contained the 3 smaller sanitisers was soaking wet, on opening one of the glass bottles was broken, so pieces of glass were also in the box!
The larger bottle in another flimsy box had leaked and the lid was not on securely!
I have attempted to contact customer service both by sending an email and leaving a voicemail on their listed telephone number, also I have sent a message on Face book messenger… I have had no response at all!
Overall a totally disappointing experience and I would NOT recommend… I fact avoid!

Ordered from them at the beginning of last year. Fast delivery and good quality products. Have been waiting several months for the mixed berry hand gel to come back in stock as it's my favourite. Have sent emails and messaged on Instagram and not had any response. Fear this website is about to close since most of the remaining stock is on sale.

I found exactly what I was looking for, with refill bottles. I’ve been buying from Let’s Sanitise since 2020 so am familiar with the excellent quality.

The company seem great, the product seems ok, ordered 6 bottles - Packaging very poor 2 large liquid sanitisers bottles arrived empty, left with 2 very wet boxes. Very disappointing. Tried to call no reply and no response when you email which is very odd and again disapointing! Hoping a get a response soon from their cusrtomer service

The company are great, the product is great…when it’s in stock. Their packaging is poor. I’ve bought from them before (during the latter stages of the pandemic) and loved their hand gels. Unfortunately they’re never in stock now and I’m uni sure whether they’ve been discontinued. The box they send deals in is fine. However they use the same box for the liquid sanitizer and it’s not packaged enough. I received a wet box and empty sanitizer bottles as there was not enough inner protection to stop kids breaking off in transit. Very disappointing and has me thinking I’ll probably be better off avoiding the liquid sanitizer from now on. If the gels ever reappear I would buy those again though.

I first bought this during the pandemic in the hope of finding a nicely perfumed sanitizer that did the job and didn’t dry my hands out. This is perfect and my absolute favourite amongst various ones I tried. Highly recommend.
